Iliahtida Apartments is a well-maintained accommodation less than 50m from the sandy beach in Siviri. We offer three comfortable duplex apartments, ideal for family holidays. A barbecue is also available to guests. Accommodation has been operating since 2007. The center is about 400m away, the nearest market (with pastries) is 50m away, while the nearest restaurants are 200m away. Each apartment (67m2) includes an entire floor (ground floor, first and second floor). The yard is small and poorly decorated because the accommodation is new, and since there is no parking space, guests park their cars in front, on the street. Description Our brand-new apartment is located in the quiet neighborhood of Siviri, in Halkidiki. The village of Siviri is very popular for its' beautiful beaches and its' climate. Is one of the best holiday destinations in southern Halkidiki. ​The apartment has a large garden where you can enjoy your holiday and the beach, supermarkets, restatants, shops, bars etc. is easy to access which is only 200 meters. The accommodation was renovated in 2022 and provides all the modern amenities you will need for a pleasant and comfortable stay in Halkidiki. This accommodation unit has two bedrooms, living room/kitchen, bathroom, two verandas and a spacious yard. In one of the bedrooms you have a large double bed and in the other one two single beds that can be easily converted into a double. You'll find a well-equipped kitchen, washing machine, large refrigerator, air conditioner, hairdryer, smart TV with Netflix channels, oven, microwave and all kinds of kitchen equipment that may be necessary during your stay.
