It is right on a sandy beach with a blue flag and is ideal for carefree and pleasant family holidays. There is a small pizzeria restaurant on site, where guests can enjoy a buffet breakfast. The lobby also has a fenced area with a playground and toys for children, so that children can enjoy a safe space, in sight of their parents. Epavli Studios consists of 20 accommodation units. Double and triple rooms of 18m2 have one double and one single bed or three single beds. Four-bed apartments of about 35m2 have two double or four single beds, and three-bed and four-bed studios of 25m2-30m2 have only single beds. In some rooms it is possible to add one single bed with a standard mattress. Apartments and studios also have a fridge and space for simple meals. An iron with ironing board is at guests' disposal if needed. The bathrooms have a bathtub or a shower with a curtain. There is also a mini bar in the rooms, and the internet signal is solid in all accommodation units. Two apartments, three studios and two rooms have sea views. Since the house was built in 2000, all accommodation units are in good condition, clean and solidly equipped.
