All apartments and studios have air conditioning, TV, equipped kitchen (stove with oven, refrigerator, cutlery and meal preparation), safety deposit box and wireless internet signal. An iron is available at reception, while a baby cot can be reserved in advance. The bathroom has a shower. Cleaning, change of bed linen and towels is done every 3 days, and all guests receive a mosquito repellent, since the facility does not have mosquito nets. Within the accommodation there is a private parking with a limited number of spaces (for 8 to 10 cars), but guests do not have to worry about that, because there are enough free parking spaces near or next to the road.
