Owner's description On the south coast of Kefalonia, in the beautiful area of Kato Livathos, just a few kilometers from Argostoli, we have created a place that will offer you the most beautiful vacation. Surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation, our newly built house consists of six comfortable, elegantly decorated apartments to make you feel at home. Near the accommodation there is a unique beach Klimatsia which can be reached quickly and easily. You can also enjoy delicious, traditional dishes in local taverns or drink cocktails in a hospitable atmosphere that only we, Kefalonians, know how to create. All apartments have free internet access and two separate rooms (bedroom and kitchen with dining area), bathroom and balcony with beautiful views of the Ionian Sea and the island of Zakynthos. All rooms are air conditioned, with TVs and fully equipped. Spartia Beach is 500m away, ie. only 1 minute by car and the port of Pesada, from where you can use the ferry to Zakynthos, is 5 minutes away.

Maria's City Villa is located in the very center of the city of Argostoli, the capital of the island of Kefalonia built in the Venetian style. At a distance of 180m there is a port, a central square, a promenade, many shops, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies, as well as a museum, a library, a theater and a summer cinema. In the harbor there is also one of the main tourist attractions of this place, Kareta-Kareta turtles that you can watch every day from the shore, and 2.5 km from the city, there is a tourist attraction known as Fanari, i.e. the Saint Theodore Lighthouse, as well as the Fanari beach. This accommodation unit is structured as a maisonette on two levels and is designed to accommodate a maximum of five people. On its first level, which is located on the level of the second floor, it contains a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom, while on the second level, in the attic, there are two bedrooms with double beds and an additional bathroom. A sofa that sleeps a fifth person is located in the hall on the upper level. A cot and a high chair can be added upon request and at no additional cost. In this air-conditioned maisonette, with an independent cooling unit in the living room and both bedrooms, guests have at their disposal a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi internet, a hair dryer, a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board, a kitchen equipped with a large fridge with freezer, a four-burner glass-ceramic stove and a large oven, a filter coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle. Guests have at their disposal two balconies that are equipped with seating and offer a view of the city. You can see the sea from the windows facing the opposite side. Pets are not allowed in this accommodation. The cleaning of the accommodation unit during the stay, as well as the change of bed linen and towels, is done after three days. Guests can park in the nearby streets or in the public parking lot, which is about 300m from the accommodation. Maria's City Villa is 9km from Anna Pollatou International Airport.

All studios are comfortably furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen, TV, air conditioning, a fan and a balcony overlooking the impressive courtyard with lawn and playground. Owner's description Galini is the Greek word for peace and tranquility. And the fact is that it is a very quiet and peaceful place. Listening to the waves of the nearby sea, we hope that you will relax from everyday life and find your peace of mind. Everything is within a short walking distance, beautiful beaches, good restaurants with traditional food and shops with various small items. Argostoli, the capital of the island is also close (4km), a typical Greek city, full of life. Galini Studios is located in Lassi, a suburb of the capital Argostoli and has a great location as it faces a small, private beach. All the facilities of Lasi are a few minutes walk from the accommodation. The beach in front is 80 meters away. All you have to do is go down the path that runs between the two bushes in front of the accommodation. Galini offers 11 accommodation units in total, four apartments and seven studios. Most units face the sea. The apartments have 38m2 and four single beds (two singles in the bedroom and living room). The bedrooms are connected and the living room has separate beds. They have a mini kitchen with two hobs, fridge, cooker and necessary utensils. Studios can be double (14-17m2) and triple (about 27m2) and have single beds. The kitchens are the same as in the apartment. All units have TV and air conditioning, internet (WiFi) and safe. The hair dryer is available for use, just contact the owner. The bathrooms have a shower with a curtain. Towel cleaning and change is done in agreement with the guests (according to the Covid protocol). If you want the cleaning lady to enter the room, you agree on that with the owner and she can clean and take out the garbage. Twice a week you can get new towels and once a week you can get new bedding, also in agreement with the owner. There is no classic yard, but there are a lot of flowers and greenery in front of the house. Parking for all guests is provided.
