Roxani Villa is a decently equipped accommodation that can serve as an excellent base for touring the island because there are many beautiful beaches in the immediate vicinity, and the center of the capital city of Limenas is a minute's drive away, so all amenities for tourists in the evening are easily accessible. This accommodation is located on the outskirts of Limenas, at the very entrance to the town. Vournelis beach is the closest to it, it is 200m away. Papias and Tarsanas beaches are nearby. The apartments on the first floor are equipped in the same way as the apartments on the ground floor. On the second floor are the remaining two apartments, which are equipped in the same way as the aforementioned apartments, and have a huge balcony that looks like a large yard, facing the sea, but the sea is mostly hidden by trees and other hotels. Suite #1 has another balcony overlooking the street and the mountains. Accommodation units have a kitchen, air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, TV, iron and ironing board, safe, hairdryer and balcony. Cleaning, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every three days. Villa Roxani has a beautifully landscaped yard, no private parking, but as the owner says, there is enough space next to the villa and the road. In the back yard there is a summer house with a table and chairs, as well as a common barbecue, while a playground in the shade is provided for the youngest. When you get off the ferry, follow the direction to the right and drive by the sea on the main road (about 300 meters), then you come to a part where a narrow road leads straight to the "Vournelis" hotel and the beach of the same name, and you follow the main road and turn left, then after about 150 meters you come to the first big intersection (with Dimitriadou street) and turn right there, then after 600 meters you reach the "Roxani" villa, which is on the right side of the road opposite the "Nikoleta" villa.

Green View Apartments are newer, modern accommodation in the old port of Limenas. The biggest advantage of this accommodation is the location, because there are not many accommodation facilities near the beach in Limenas (in the hinterland of the beach there are mostly private houses). The apartments are highly rated by the guests. Accommodation is located 100 meters from the center and 50 meters from the city beach. Renovated in 2013, Green View has three apartments (30m2) available, consisting of a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed for two people, a veranda and a kitchen with a stove, fridge, toaster, electric kettle and a dining table. You can reserve a cot upon request. They are equipped with new, high-quality and modern furniture. Two TVs in the bedroom and living room (with 24 and 32 inch screens) with satellite channels including Serbian, WiFi, air conditioning, hair dryer and a safe for keeping money and valuables are at your disposal. Each apartment has a name, so we offer apartments Dafni, Anemoni and Chloe. Apartment Chloe has a terrace overlooking the property next door. Cleaning and changing of towels is daily, while bed linen is changed every third day. They do not have private parking, but there is a free and safe parking space near the house and along the street. The nearest supermarket and bakery are about 20 meters away. From the ferry, turn right, then left and you will come out on the main street Dimitriadou (Dimitriadou), which you will drive left towards the city center. Green View Apartments is by the old port. Immediately after the Aqua bar (near Seka), turn right and you will see a villa on the corner of the street. l

Fotini Luxury Villa is a modernly equipped accommodation, with a beautifully landscaped yard and pool that guests of this villa can use. It has quality accommodation units, with a view of the courtyard or the pool. Fotini Luxury Villa is located in the wider center of Limenas, in Dimitriadu Street, next to the Lina Hotel, opposite a larger supermarket. The villa is about a kilometer from the city center, and about a kilometer and a half from the city beach. The nearest beach is Vournelis (about 350 meters away). Tarsanas beach is about 800m from the villa, in the extension of Vournelis beach. The villa consists of apartments and double rooms, of different categories. Classic double rooms (15m2) consist of a French bed, while standard double rooms (18m2) consist of one French bed and there is the possibility of adding an extra bed. The double suite (29m2) consists of a separate bedroom with a double bed, and in the living room there is a sitting area with a corner sofa, where one child can sleep, if there is a need for it. The double junior suite (22m2) consists of one French bed and is suitable for two people. The four-bed family suite (52m) consists of one separate bedroom with a French bed, while in the living room there is a corner sofa where two children can sleep, so this unit is ideal for a family stay. Three-bed superior deluxe apartments (35m2) consist of one French bed, located in a separate bedroom, and a sofa for one person, located in the living room/kitchen. No unit has a kitchen. The rooms have a view of the pool or yard, air conditioning, bathroom with shower, hair dryer, LCD TV with satellite programs, internet, fridge and safe. Breakfast is buffet style. Bed linen is changed every 3-4 days, and towels every two days. Cleaning is done daily. The yard is beautifully decorated, full of flowers, trimmed bushes, grass and greenery. The villa does not own a private parking lot, but it uses the large parking lot of the neighboring house. You can reach the center of Limenas and the promenade in 5-6 minutes of easy walking, and the city beach in about 10 minutes. Vournelis beach is very close (about 500m) and can be used when you don't want to go around the island. The villa is close to all facilities in the city, promenades, shops, restaurants. Limenas is also excellent as a base for touring the island, as it is very close to the most beautiful beaches such as Mermerna (6km), Makrijamos (2km), La Scala (4km), Pahis (8km).

Villa Dafni is the ideal accommodation for anyone who wants to spend their summer in an oasis of peace in Limenas, located close to everything the capital of the island has to offer, a large selection of shops and taverns, fast food restaurants, supermarkets, children's entertainment and nightlife. The apartment is excellent (duplex, 50m2), very spacious and consists of two bedrooms and a separate kitchen. The bedrooms have one French or two single beds, air conditioning, TV and access to a large veranda. In the kitchen area there is a large refrigerator, a stove with two hotplates, a microwave and a folding sofa for two small children or one adult. There is a bathtub in the bathroom. All accommodation units are air-conditioned and have a TV, radio, hairdryer, kitchenette and a nice veranda overlooking the courtyard. There is a central safe at the reception. Only double studios have mosquito nets. Towels are changed every two days, bed linen twice a week, and cleaning is done every day except Sunday. The furniture is classic, wooden. The yard is full of shade, greenery and flowers. Guests have at their disposal deck chairs and umbrellas by the pool and a bar where, in addition to drinks, they can order breakfast or a light meal. They do not have private parking, but you will find plenty of parking spaces nearby. When you get off the ferry, follow the direction to the right and drive by the sea along the main road (about 300m) to the part where the narrow road leads straight to the Vournelis hotel and the beach of the same name. Continue along the main road, turn left and after 150m you will reach the first major intersection. Turn right onto Dimitriadou Street. Driving, on the left side you will see narrow alleys that diverge from the road, there are several of them, and you turn into the third one. You will see Villa Daphne 150m from the turn. The nearest supermarket and bakery are 350 meters away. If you choose Villa Daphni, you will be close to the most beautiful beaches on the island. Limenas is also excellent as a base for touring the island, as it is very close to the most beautiful beaches such as Mermerna (6km), Makrijamos (2km), La Scala (4km), Pahis (8km).

The size of the apartment is about 40m2. Each apartment has a balcony with a view of the pool, the sea or the surrounding hills, a large kitchen, a refrigerator, an electric kettle, a coffee machine, excellent sound insulation, a telephone, a safe, SAT TV, a signal for wireless internet, a hair dryer. The furniture in the apartments is modern and beautiful, and the owners have made an effort to add stylish details to the warm ambience in them so that the guests feel at home. From the 2025 season, there is also a studio on offer, which is located a few steps below ground level and can accommodate up to four people. It consists of a 'queen size' French bed and two sofas. This unit does not have a balcony, but guests can use the garden furniture in the yard. Cleaning, bed linen and towels are changed every 3 days. The yard is spacious, full of greenery and includes a nice swimming pool with deckchairs. You can park your car in front of the building. The beach is sandy, almost entirely in the shade, with small pebbles and sand, clear water and a gradual depth, as well as free sunbeds and umbrellas for guests of this accommodation and excellent service. Tarsanas Studios are located near Limenas, about 2 km from the center. The first market is located 800m from the accommodation. Tarsanas studios offer two-bed, three-bed and four-bed studios (20m2). They are equipped with modern and luxurious furniture in pastel colors, and the interior is beautifully and modernly decorated. All studios have mini kitchens (only for preparing light meals, no frying), a bathroom and a terrace with a fantastic view of the sea or the yard. There are four studios on the ground floor and six upstairs. All studios have one double bed and one single, except for the last room, which only has a double bed, but an extra bed for a small child can be inserted. On the ground floor, an extra bed for another child can be inserted into all the rooms, and on the first floor, only one room can fit an extra bed, but it should be emphasized that then a lot of space is wasted. The rooms on the ground floor are slightly more comfortable than the rooms on the first floor. Also, on the second floor there are two new units: 2 Bed Room, Suite, 5 Bed Apartment, Suite and 2 Bedroom Apartment. A double room (2 Bed Room, Suite) consists of one French bed. The bathroom has a jacuzzi. The five-bed apartment (5 Bed Apartment, Suite) consists of one French bed, a sofa for two people and a sofa for one person. Makryammos is a 4-star resort located on the famous Makryammos beach, which is about 2 km from Limenas. It is a complex of bungalows spread over a large area next to the beach. Between the bungalows are beautifully landscaped lawns, with lots of flowers and paved paths. The bungalows are decorated with luxurious and modern furniture, and built of stone - which guarantees freshness in the rooms themselves. Some bungalows are right next to the sea, while others are a little further away - and the price depends on the distance of the accommodation unit from the coast. Within the complex there is a swimming pool, bar, mini-market, restaurant, playground for children, private parking. Makriamos is the only closed beach on Thassos (entrance is paid), so it is usually not very crowded. Makryammos Beach Resort is an ideal destination for those who want to pay a little more for quality accommodation on one of the most beautiful beaches on the island (fine, bright sand, shallow and crystal clear sea), outside the resort and yet close enough (2 minutes by car) to the capital with enough facilities for everyone's taste. One of the great advantages of Makriamos compared to other beaches and other luxury hotels is the pine trees that surround the entire property, lots of greenery, wonderful nature and plenty of natural shade. The famous Marble Beach is only 4 km away.

Kostalina Studios is affordable accommodation located in a quiet location in Limenas and about 15 minutes' walk from the beach. The owners are very friendly and warm and they maintain the property very well. Internet, air conditioning, parking and a yard with a brick grill are available to guests. Kostalina is 800 meters from the city center and a few kilometers from the city beach (the same distance from Vournelis beach). You can find the first supermarket 400-500 meters away. At the entrance to the villa there is a reception and a lobby. We offer 13 accommodation units for two to four people and they are arranged on the upper ground floor and the first floor (one is only in the semi-basement). All accommodation units are studios (rooms with kitchen, bathroom and terrace), they are very spacious, with newer furniture. The layout of the beds in the accommodation units is varied, there are also French and single beds. Two-bed studios (22m2) have two single beds connected to each other. Both are located on the high ground floor. They have a small kitchenette and a bathroom. There are seven three-bed studios and each one has a double and a single bed. The size is 24m2. One is brand new and will only be available from summer 2019. This studio is located in the semi-basement (you go down three steps below the ground floor level) but it is of higher quality than the others. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped and has a large refrigerator, and there is also a stove outside in front of the studio. In front of the studio is also a sitting area with a table and chairs (covered by an awning). The bathroom has a shower cabin. Two four-bed studios (numbers 19 and 20, each 25 m2) have a double bed and two single beds and both are located on the first floor, while the remaining two four-bed studios have one double bed and bunk beds. The studios are very clean, some terraces are spacious, and the kitchens are decently equipped. Each studio is air-conditioned and has a TV, and WiFi is available at the reception and in some rooms. Bed linen and towels are changed halfway through the stay. The house has a beautiful and meticulously landscaped yard with a summer house, seating, a brick barbecue and a children's play area. Parking space is provided in front of the accommodation. If you want accommodation at a good price, close to the center, the promenade and all the facilities that Limenas has to offer, Kostalina Studios is an excellent choice. By choosing this villa, you get accommodation that is an excellent base for touring the island. In front of the villa there is a city beach which is sandy, full of bars, taverns and other facilities and you can reach it by just crossing the street. The surroundings are very nice because the villa is located in the old part of Limenas. In just a few minutes' walk, you can reach the city museum, which you must not miss if you spend your summer in Thassos, as well as a couple of historical sites. Supermarkets and bakeries are also literally in front of the villa. The only drawback of the villa is the lack of private parking, but this can be solved by finding a free space in the public, free parking lot in the immediate vicinity. This accommodation is an excellent choice for all people who want to be located on the beach, close to city events and beautiful beaches. The villa is on a promenade full of shops and restaurants. These are classic hotel rooms and each one is air-conditioned, has a TV and WiFi, a bathroom, a fridge, a hairdryer, a wardrobe and a terrace. Within this hotel, there are three apartments available for the stay of four adults, with the possibility of adding an extra bed for the stay of a fifth adult. All apartments have a kitchen equipped for preparing lighter meals. The swimming pool is located in a beautiful courtyard where breakfast is served. Rooms are cleaned daily, and bed linen and towels are changed every 2 days, while the price of apartment cleaning needs to be agreed with the owners. The hotel does not have a private parking lot, but there is a large free parking lot in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. If you want decent hotel accommodation close to the city centre, consider the George Hotel. It is very close to all amenities in the city, promenades, shops and restaurants.
