If you have another car, you can park it along the street, because this part of Nikiti is not so busy, so there is space. Guests enter a clean apartment, and take care of hygiene themselves during their stay. They get clean bed linen for five days, and because of the pandemic situation, they use their own towels. The levels are connected by internal stairs, protected by wooden railings, so they are safe even for families with small children. Guests are responsible for maintaining hygiene and changing bed linen and towels (there are clean towels and bed linen in the cupboards). Behind the villa is a small yard with lawn, barbecue and parking space for one car. After entering Nikiti, continue straight until you see a church on your right. Turn right there and drive straight towards the beach for about 720m, then turn left into an unpaved alley. 50m later you will be in front of Casa Verde By The Sea. It is decorated in an unusual, maritime style, and can host four people. The accommodation is located in the picturesque, old part of Nikiti, above the main road. It is 100m from the first bakery, Mantsios tavern, butcher and Proodos market, 400m from the main road with numerous large markets (Masutis, Galaxias, Vasilopoulos, Lidl), pharmacy, bank, market... It is located about 1.3km from the city beach. The size of the house is about 50m2. It has a kitchen in the living room, with a large fridge with freezer and a small oven with hotplates. There is a sofa bed in the living room, and a double bed in the bedroom. The bathroom is long, it has an open shower (only tiles) and a curtain. The accommodation has mosquito nets, two TVs, air conditioning, internet access. The owner of the accommodation is extremely kind and, if there is a need, she offers her washing machine to the guests, free of charge. A baby cot is available on request.
