The double studio is located in the central part of the house and it is possible to add an extra bed. Each studio has its own sitting area in front of the entrance. All accommodation units in this facility have a kitchen with two hotplates, a refrigerator, an electric kettle, air conditioning and a TV set, internet access, a bathroom with a shower and a curtain, and the owners can add a cot, which is available on request. The first market is located 100m from the accommodation. It is 600m from the center. All units were completely renovated in 2022. Elata Apartments and Drakontis Studios are located in the same yard. Drakontis Luxurious Studios consists of three units located on the second floor - one three-bed studio (30m2), one suite with one separate bedroom (50m2) and one suite with two separate bedrooms (55m2). The three-bed studio (Vasilis) is located on the second floor and includes a double bed as well as a sofa bed. Turn left, then after 800 meters left again (fifth street on the left). Drive straight until you see a fork on the right, turn there and drive straight and after a few meters enter the street on the right. The villa is about fifteen minutes' walk from the promenade, shops, restaurants and other facilities in the city. It has a French bed, as well as a couch, where there is the possibility of accommodating an additional person, if there is a need for it.
