The first market is located 100m from the accommodation. It is 600m from the center. All units were completely renovated in 2022. Elata Apartments and Drakontis Studios are located in the same yard. Drakontis Luxurious Studios consists of three units located on the second floor - one three-bed studio (30m2), one suite with one separate bedroom (50m2) and one suite with two separate bedrooms (55m2). The three-bed studio (Vasilis) is located on the second floor and includes a double bed as well as a sofa bed. The studio is spacious, and in the second part of the unit there is a kitchen, with a large refrigerator and freezer. In the kitchen there is a stove with two induction plates. The terrace extends along the entire unit and it overlooks the yard, the neighborhood and a not so busy street. The apartment with two separate bedrooms (Nikitas) is located on the second floor and has two single beds in one bedroom, while the second bedroom has a double bed. In the living room, where there is also a kitchen, you can find a dining table and chairs, a large refrigerator, and unlike the previous two units, this apartment has a mini stove with three hotplates. All units have air conditioning and a TV, a bathroom with a shower, a terrace overlooking the yard and a quiet and low-traffic street, a safe and storage space, a hair dryer, mosquito nets, and a cot is available on request. There is a kettle in the kitchen. Cleaning takes place every day and towels and bed linen are changed every third day. There is a private parking available for all guests. Limenas is also excellent as a base for touring the island, as it is very close to the most beautiful beaches such as Mermerna (6km), Makrijamos (2km), La Scala (4km), Pahis (8km).

About 150 meters later, you reach the first big intersection (with Dimitriadu street), there continue straight for another 350 meters until you reach the next big intersection with the main road Thassos - Prinos. Turn left, then after 800 meters left again (fifth street on the left). Drive straight until you see a fork on the right, turn there and drive straight and after a few meters enter the street on the right. You will find your accommodation in the second house on the right. If you want decent accommodation in Limenas, but not in a busy place, but a little outside the city, Ioannis Irini Apartment is a very good choice. I recommend the villa as a good base for visiting the island and beaches, with the fact that a car is mandatory, because the villa is a little further from the center and the beach. The villa is about fifteen minutes' walk from the promenade, shops, restaurants and other facilities in the city. Limenas is also excellent as a base for touring the island, as it is very close to the most beautiful beaches such as Mermerna (6km), Makrijamos (2km), La Scala (4km), Pahis (8km).
