In the bedroom there is a double bed, while in the living room there is a sofa for two people. The four-bed apartments on the ground floor have their own private pool. The six-bed apartments are maisonettes in structure and spread over two levels. On the lower level, on the first floor, there is a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom, while on the upper level, on the second floor, there is an open gallery and a bathroom. There is a double bed in the open gallery and in the bedroom, while in the living room there is a sofa for two people. Upon request, within the price, a baby cot and a high chair are available to guests. This air-conditioned accommodation has air conditioning in the living room and in the bedroom, and guests have access to free Wi-Fi, a TV, a safety deposit box, a hair dryer, an iron with an ironing board, as well as an equipped kitchen with two glass-ceramic hotplates, a large fridge-freezer, a microwave oven, a kettle, a coffee machine and a toaster. All units on the ground floor have their own private pool, next to which there are two deckchairs and an umbrella, as well as a veranda equipped with seating. The apartment is cleaned daily during the stay. Bed linen is changed every third day, and towels are changed every other day. We offer four studios located on the first floor of the building and designed to accommodate a maximum of four people. Each studio contains a double bed and two single beds. A cot can be added upon request and for an additional fee. Within these air-conditioned studios, guests have at their disposal a flat-screen TV, WiFi internet, a kitchen equipped with a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment and a stove with two rings and a small oven. Guests can spend warm summer days on the balcony equipped with seating. Within the fenced and beautifully landscaped yard, there are two summer houses with sofas available. Metaxas Studios is located in a quiet part of Limenaria. The accommodation is affordable and offers spacious studios that are decorated to a high standard. It is a true oasis of peace, so it is an excellent choice for families with children. The nearest store is about 100m away, while the center of Limenaria and the city beach are about 1km away. There are five studios on the upper ground floor for a maximum of four people. Two studios overlook the yard, two overlook the parking lot, and one overlooks the neighboring yard. Three studios have one double bed, one single bed and an extra bed, while the other two have three single beds and one extra bed. The area is about 25m2. The bathroom in each studio is the same and only has an enclosed shower without a curtain. All are identically equipped, have air conditioning, internet, TV, terrace, kitchen and fridge. Cleaning, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every third day. The yard is located at the back of the house, and guests can use a barbecue and various toys for children. The sitting area is covered, so shade is guaranteed. There is a parking lot for five vehicles at the entrance to the yard. Coming from the direction of Skala Prinos, turn left at the crossroads in Limenaria. Continue straight on that road for about 900m to the Shell gas station on the right, turn left and after about 50 meters you will see Metaxas Studios on the right. If you want to be hidden from the crowds and traffic and don't mind going to the beach by car, Metaxas can be a good choice at affordable prices.

The house in question is on the upper ground floor and can accommodate up to five people (four adults and one child). Accommodation of 70m2 consists of two separate bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and the other two single beds, a living room with a sofa for one person, equipped kitchen and bathroom. It has a balcony with a view of the sea and the street, on which there is a sofa. Internet, TV, air conditioning in the living room, washing machine, hair dryer, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with four hotplates and a large oven, a large fridge with freezer, a toaster, a kettle and a coffee machine are available. Studios Laskarina Garden is located 300m from the center of Potos and about 400m from the city beach in Potos. The accommodation has available six studios (25m2), positioned behind the first object you come across when you enter the courtyard, which is also in our offer, under the name Laskarina Studios. Three studios each are located on the ground floor, while the remaining three are located on the first floor. The two side studios have four beds, and the studios in the middle, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor, have three beds, and a sofa bed can be inserted if necessary. The studios have one double bed and one or two single beds. All accommodation units have a view of the courtyard. For the 2026 season, there will be three studios on offer. Two on the ground floor and one on the first floor. The furniture is newer and well maintained. All studios, in addition to a kitchen with stove and refrigerator, have a private bathroom, terrace, air conditioning, TV, wireless Internet, hair dryer, kettle and refrigerator. Only two studios on the ground floor have a larger refrigerator. Cleaning is done daily and towels and bed linen are changed every three days. The yard is very clean. There are eight parking spaces at the entrance to the courtyard, and if there are no spaces, there is also free parking along the street. There are two studios on offer, located on the first and second floor, and both are intended for up to three adults.
