Description of accommodation Encanto Village is a newly built, luxury accommodation in Potos. The accommodation is located in a quiet part of the island and provides guests with maximum privacy. The apartments are modern and have spacious terraces, and in the beautifully landscaped yard there are two swimming pools for children and adults that can be used by all guests. The accommodation has private parking for all vehicles, which is a big advantage. It is located 950m from the center of Potos where the first shops are located and 1100m from the nearest beach. The accommodation started operating in 2022. It was built with high quality and modernity, because the owners thought of every detail. There are seven apartments in the offer, which are also equipped. The apartments (45m2) consist of a bedroom with a double bed and a kitchen with a living room in which there is a sofa from which another single bed can be pulled out and two people can sleep there. The apartment has a bathroom with a shower with a glass partition, two air conditioners, two TVs, one for the bedroom and one for the kitchen. All terraces are spacious and have a view of the pool and the yard. The apartments have an equipped kitchen, bathroom, safe, two air conditioners, mosquito nets on the windows and terrace doors, hair dryer, free wireless internet and two TVs with satellite channels. They are equipped with very nice furniture, stylishly decorated and very clean. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals and has a coffee machine, microwave oven, toaster, cutting board, complete utensils and dishes. In the yard there is one swimming pool for adults and another for children with umbrellas and sunbeds. In the yard there is a brick grill that guests can use, and also a playground for children. Bed linen and towels are provided. Cleaning is done daily, while replacement is done every three days. The parking space is inside the courtyard at the entrance to the accommodation and is spacious enough for all guests. Accommodation Encanto Village is located on the exit from Potos, in a quiet location and has a large, beautifully landscaped yard with a swimming pool surrounded by olive groves. Coming from the direction of Limenaria, at the crossroads in Potos turn left towards Teologos and after 950m on the right side of the road you will see a sign for this accommodation. If you want to be isolated from the noise and the center, located in one of the highest quality buildings, Encanto Village is the right choice.

. Nouvelle Vie Living Apartments is located in the very center of one of the liveliest places on Thassos, close to the beach, shops and all the amenities this place has to offer. Parking is provided, and the units are spacious, have a direct view of the sea, a fully equipped kitchen, an oven, a washing machine and everything else necessary for a nice and pleasant stay and feeling like you are at your own home. It is located in Potos, in the street where the main promenade is. The nearest market is located at a distance of about 50m. It is located in the second row to the sea, only about 30m from the city beach. We offer two apartments, each of which can accommodate up to six people. Both apartments are 65m2 in size and have two separate bedrooms. One apartment is located on the first floor. The first bedroom consists of a French bed, while the second bedroom consists of a single bed, under which another bed can be pulled out, which comes in line with that single. Both rooms have an exit to the balcony, which overlooks the courtyard and the church and where there is a washing machine. In the living room there is a sofa for two people, air conditioning, as well as an additional, large balcony, which overlooks the promenade and the sea. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin, which has glass partitions on two sides. The second apartment is located on the second floor and is equipped identically to the apartment on the first floor, with the exception that this one has a slightly better view of the sea. The bathroom of this apartment consists of a shower tub with a curtain. The accommodation has WiFi, TV and air conditioning, washing machine, hair dryer, mosquito nets, fully equipped kitchen with four hotplates, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, oven, and large refrigerator with freezer compartment, as well as a parking space. Deck chairs and umbrellas on the beach are provided and free of charge. Pets are allowed with prior agreement and only outside the height of the season. Guests are responsible for their own hygiene during their stay. There is a possibility of paying extra for the cleaning service. Halfway through their stay (around the fourth or fifth day), they receive an additional set of towels and bed linen, which they change themselves. There is a private parking lot, which is 300m from the location of the accommodation. If you want accommodation that has all the conveniences you have in your own home, that offers privacy and a parking space, while being in the very center of town, just a few steps from the beach, then Nouvelle Vie Living Apartments could be a good choice for you.

Within the spacious and decently decorated yard, there are several buildings with accommodation units and parking spaces, which is a special convenience in Potos. The owners are friendly, and hygiene is at a high level. The accommodation offer includes four studios (three three-bed and one four-bed) and two six-bed apartments with two separate bedrooms each, which are suitable for families with children. On the high ground floor there are two three-bed studios - number 5 (25m2) and number 6 (30m2). Both studios have the same bed arrangement, one double bed narrower than standard and one single bed, as well as balconies equipped with seating furniture that overlook the courtyard. On the first floor there is another three-bed studio (No. 8, 25m2) which also has one double bed narrower than standard (135cm x 205cm) and one single bed (95cm x 205cm), and in front of the entrance to the accommodation there is a table with chairs available for guests. Next to it, on the first floor there is also a four-bed studio (No. 9, 30m2) which has two French beds narrower than standard (135cm x 205cm) and a balcony with a view of the yard. Two six-bed duplex apartments (50m2) are located on the upper ground floor (No. 7) and the first floor (No. 10). Each apartment has two bedrooms, two terraces and one bathroom. Both bedrooms are equipped with one double bed narrower than standard (135cm x 205cm) and one single bed (95cm x 205cm), with access to the terrace. The kitchen is in a separate room, the furniture is in a classic wooden style, and both balconies have sofas. All accommodation units are air-conditioned and equipped with Wi-Fi amplifiers, TVs, wardrobes, bed linen, towels and mosquito nets, with fully equipped bathrooms and kitchens. A cot, extra blankets and pillows are available on request. Bed linen and towels are changed, as well as cleaning, every three days, and guests can agree on the time of these services with the owners. It is the responsibility of the guests to take out the trash themselves. The yard is spacious, mostly paved and in the shade. It is very well equipped and includes a barbecue area (use by agreement with the owners), a covered seating area with tables and chairs, a map of Thassos, taps with drinking water for washing your feet before entering the apartments, a children's swing, prominently displayed fire extinguishers, plastic balls for children, three trash cans, a recycling bin for plastic bottles, a library with books in Greek and a luggage storage area at check-in or check out. Managers speak Greek and English, while in the morning it is possible to communicate in Serbian with one of the employees. The yard is also used as a private shared parking lot (shared with Villa Dora) and there is always room for children to ride bicycles or skateboards. If guests find a free space within the facility, they can use it freely, and in case the parking lot is full, free public parking is located two minutes' walk from the accommodation. Coming from the direction of Limenaria, at the very entrance to Potos after the Alexandra Beach Hotel, turn off the main road into the street on the right. After 150 meters of driving, Vila Dora is on the left. The nearest shops, supermarkets and bakery are a few tens of meters away, while the city beach is about a hundred meters away. The mini market is to the left of the gate, and the clothing store is to the right. Aliento Apartments & Studios is an excellent choice for anyone who wants to be in the center of Potos, close to all facilities and the beach, and at the same time isolated from the noise in a spacious yard.

It is located in the very center of Potos, close to taverns, pastry shops and shops, as well as the city beach, from which it is only 30m away. As we mentioned above, the accommodation is located in Potos, in its strict center. The first market is a minute's walk away, while the first tavern, pancake and waffle shop, and souvenir shops are right next to it. It is located in the second row from the beach, more precisely at a distance of 30m. Sea View Studios has four studios and one apartment. The studios are designed for two to four people, while the apartment can fit a fifth, if there is a younger child in question. All units are located on the second floor. The two-bed studio Canvas (25m2) has one double bed. It has a direct view of the sea, as well as the street. The three-bed Aegean studio (30m2) has one double bed and a drawer bed. It has a side view of the sea as well as the street. The three-bed studio Delight (25m2) has one double bed and a sofa bed, which can sleep one adult. It has a direct view of the sea. The Breeze four-bed studio (25m2) has one double bed and a sofa for two people. It has a direct view of the sea, as well as the street. Apartment Euphoria (40m2) has a separate bedroom with a double bed, while in the living room/kitchen there is a sofa for two people and a sofa for one child. The air conditioner is in the bedroom. It has a view of the courtyard. Each unit has a kitchen with two hotplates, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a shower cabin, a hair dryer, WiFi, TV and air conditioning. The studios have a view of the sea, while the apartment has a view of the courtyard. Towels are changed and cleaned every 3 days, while bed linen is changed halfway through the stay. The accommodation does not have private parking, but public and free parking is located 170m from it. When you arrive in Potos from the direction of Limenaria, drive all the way to the main intersection, where you will turn right. Continue straight down the street and the accommodation is at the end of it on the left. If decent accommodation in the very center of Potos and all the facilities it has to offer is what interests you, then Sea View Studios is not a bad choice for your next vacation.

Kira Veta Apartment is a renovated apartment with one separate bedroom, in the very heart of the town. It is near the beach as well as the promenade, the first shops, souvenir shops and restaurants, so the guests of this accommodation have practically everything within reach and within walking distance. This accommodation is located in the center of Potos, 50m from the city beach. It was renovated in 2023, since when it received the first tourists. It offers one apartment (50m2) on the ground floor, which has a separate bedroom with a French bed, while in the living room there is a corner sofa that can be extended and can sleep two people. The apartment is modernly decorated, has two TV sets, air conditioning, a large kitchen where you can find a toaster, an electric kettle and a large refrigerator, internet access, as well as mosquito nets. The bathroom has a shower with a glass partition. Cleaning, changing of towels and bed linen is done every three to four days. This accommodation does not have a yard, but there is a sitting area in front of the entrance and it is practically on the promenade. There is no private parking, but at the entrance to Potos there is a large public and free parking lot that you can use, and about fifty meters away there is also a paid private parking lot with a guard. Kira Veta Apartment is located in the street seen from the direction of Limenaria, just before the central intersection, on the right. The house is on the left when you enter the street. If you want newer accommodation, in the very center of town, Kira Veta Apartment can be an excellent choice.

Laskarina Garden Studios is a nice and beautiful accommodation, with a neat and well-kept yard. The hygiene of the studio is at a high level, and the friendly owners try to make sure everything goes smoothly and are there for anything you need. Studios Laskarina Garden is located 300m from the center of Potos and about 400m from the city beach in Potos. The accommodation has available six studios (25m2), positioned behind the first object you come across when you enter the courtyard, which is also in our offer, under the name Laskarina Studios. Three studios each are located on the ground floor, while the remaining three are located on the first floor. The two side studios have four beds, and the studios in the middle, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor, have three beds, and a sofa bed can be inserted if necessary. The studios have one double bed and one or two single beds. All accommodation units have a view of the courtyard. For the 2026 season, there will be three studios on offer. Two on the ground floor and one on the first floor. The furniture is newer and well maintained. All studios, in addition to a kitchen with stove and refrigerator, have a private bathroom, terrace, air conditioning, TV, wireless Internet, hair dryer, kettle and refrigerator. Only two studios on the ground floor have a larger refrigerator. Cleaning is done daily and towels and bed linen are changed every three days. The yard is very clean. It has a brick grill with space and furniture for sitting, socializing and dining, as well as an area for children to play, swings and a slide. There are eight parking spaces at the entrance to the courtyard, and if there are no spaces, there is also free parking along the street. At the central intersection in Potos, turn left towards Teologos. After 300m you will see a house on the left side of the street, across from Villa Athina, right after Villa Dusseldorf. Laskarina Garden Studios is the ideal accommodation for anyone who wants a decent property in Potos at reasonable prices, not far from the beach. It is located far from the city noise, and at the same time within walking distance from the center and the beach, which is 950m away. The traditional stone house, decorated in an authentic Greek style, provides the perfect blend of charm and comfort and is especially suitable for families looking for a simple and affordable stay in a relaxed environment. The one-story house (32m2) can host a maximum of two adults and two children. It consists of a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. In the bedroom there is a double bed, while in the living room there is a sofa for two people. There is no internet in this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have at their disposal a TV, mosquito nets, a hair dryer, a washing machine, as well as an equipped kitchen with a four-burner stove, a large oven, a large fridge-freezer, a microwave and a coffee maker. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain. Guests have access to a veranda that is equipped with seating and has a view of the yard. Pets are not allowed in this accommodation. The building was partially renovated this year. It has a total of five studios - three double and two triple. All are located on the first floor. The studios are decorated simply and functionally, and each of them has a kitchenette with two hotplates, a cooker, a standard refrigerator and dishes for preparing meals. Coffee machine is only available in triple studios. All studios have air conditioning, TV, wireless internet, hair dryer and exit to the balcony. The bathrooms are standard, with a shower without a curtain or with a curtain, depending on the unit. Cleaning is done daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every three days. Upon request, a baby cot is also available to guests. Pets are allowed with prior notice. Guests can pay extra for breakfast at the Potos Hotel, which is located a few steps from Lucky Rooms. The accommodation does not have private parking, but there is a large free public parking lot 100m from the accommodation, on the main street. Coming from the direction of Limenaria, right at the beginning of Potos after the Alexandra Beach Hotel, you will see a street that branches off from the main road on the right. Drive it for about 150m and you will see the Lucky Rooms accommodation on the right side of the road. The villa is a few tens of meters away from the nearest shops, market and bakery, and about 200 meters from the city beach. Lucky Rooms is a good choice for couples and smaller families who want to spend their summer in the center of the action, while being far enough away from the noise, as there are no cafes nearby.

All three rooms have access to a long but narrow balcony that also overlooks the street. In the apartment on the ground floor, the bathroom has a shower with a glass screen, without a bathtub, but only with tiles in the shower area, while the duplex has a bathroom with a shower and a glass partition. In both accommodation units, if necessary, the owners can add an extra bed. All rooms in the apartment are air-conditioned, and guests have at their disposal a TV, internet, hairdryer, mosquito nets, a cot, which is available on request, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge and freezer, hotplates, kettle and toaster, and only the duplex apartment has an oven and a coffee maker. Pets are not allowed. Accommodation units are cleaned every three days, while towels and bed linen are changed on request.
