Villa Thalassorama is located at the entrance to Skala Maries, in the first row to the sea and along a quiet street. It is located in a fantastic location right above the beautiful Atspas (Sugar) beach, so you can enjoy a direct view of the sea from your balconies. The center of Skala Maries with all necessary facilities (supermarket, several restaurants and cafes, bakery, pharmacy, city beach) is 550m from the villa. Platanes/Sunset beach is at the other end of Skala Maries, 850m from the villa. It is a newer villa, built in 2009 but renovated several times. The furniture is new and modern. Guests have at their disposal three two-bed studios and three four-bed maisonettes. All units have separate terraces overlooking the sea. The balconies on the first floor are slightly larger than those on the second. There is a supermarket on the ground floor of the villa. Double studios are on the first floor and have two single beds each, equipped kitchen and bathroom. Their area is about 20m2. Four-bed maisonettes (studio on two levels, 30m2) are located on the second floor and consist of a kitchen, bathroom, balcony, ground floor in which there are two joined single beds and a gallery, which is reached by wooden stairs, where there are also two joined single beds. It is not possible to add an extra bed either in studios or maisonettes. All accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a TV set and internet access, hair dryer and mosquito nets. Cleaning is daily while towels and bed linen are changed every three days. In front of the house, on the street and the extensions along the street, there is enough parking space for the cars of all guests of the villa. The children's playground is located at the end of the street. Atspas beach, sandy, organized, with a long shallow, ideal for children, with a volleyball court and a parking area, is just below the villa, connected by stairs. When coming from the direction of Prinos, the villa is located at the exit of Skala Maries, towards Limenaria, on the left side of the road, just after the Porto Gatos cafe. All in all, we warmly recommend this villa to all those who like nice accommodation, large balconies with a view of the sea, proximity to a beautiful beach, and at the same time do not long for a lively place, crowds, shopping and crazy nightlife. Kentia Studios is located in the village of Skala Maries, in a quiet place. Accommodation is affordable and clean. It is located just a step away from the beach and all the facilities that this place has to offer. Kentia is 100 meters from the nearest store, bakery, butcher, tavern and the center of the town itself. It is so far from the city beach. The building was built in 1994 and renovated in 2018. There are five studios and one duplex apartment. Two studios are located on the ground floor, while the remaining three are on the first floor at the front of the house, and the apartment at the back. There is no possibility of adding an extra bed in any unit. Apartment number 104 has two bedrooms connected by a terrace and its area is about 48m2. This is not a classic duplex apartment. In one room there is one double bed and a bunk bed, a small fridge and a small bathroom that does not have an enclosed bathtub but only tiles. The beds are wooden. In the second, there is a French bed and a pull-out armchair, a small refrigerator and a small bathroom that does not have an enclosed bathtub, but only tiles. This room has slightly more modern furniture. The equipped kitchen with stove is separate and can be entered from the main hallway that leads to the other two bedrooms, as well as to the studios. The kitchen can only be used by guests of the apartment. The terrace is spacious and can be accessed from the kitchen and both bedrooms. On the first floor, in addition to the apartments, there are also three renovated studios (#101, #102 and #103) with an area of ​​about 16m2. All three units have a double bed, a bathroom and an equipped kitchen with a small fridge and one hot plate. Studios number 101 and 103 have a shower in the bathroom, while studio number 102 has only tiles. All three units open onto the same terrace that overlooks the neighborhood. In order for the guests to have privacy, the owner divides the balcony into three parts with screens, which greatly reduces their area. On the ground floor, at the front of the house, there are two more studios (#1 and #2) that have an area of ​​about 25m2. Studio number 1 has two single beds and a bunk bed, an equipped kitchen with a stove and a small refrigerator, as well as a bathroom with a shower. Studio number 2 has three single beds, an equipped kitchen with a small fridge and stove, and a bathroom with a shower. Both units have spacious terraces. Only ground floor studios and apartments have mosquito nets. There are no double studios on the first floor. The owner can provide guests with an iron for use. All units are air-conditioned, have a TV and internet access. Cleaning and changing of towels and bed linen are done every three days. In front of the house is a paved part of the yard with a barbecue. The villa does not have a private parking lot, but guests can leave their vehicles in front of the house because there is plenty of space. When you get to the center of town, where the city beach is, turn into the alley near the Cavo D'Oro tavern and after 100m you will see your accommodation at the end of the road. Two other beaches for which Skala Maries is famous, Sunset and Atspas, are located nearby.

Magda Studios is located in the center of Skala Maries in the immediate vicinity of the town and Platanes/Sunset beach. It is a classic apartment accommodation, but very clean, with a nice yard and spacious balconies. The accommodation is 180 meters from the city beach and 200 meters from Platanes/Sunset beach. The facility is old, but was renovated in 2010. It is a house on a small hill, surrounded mostly by private houses. There are a total of four apartments (about 22m2), two of which are at the front and two at the back of the house. Apartments from the front have a partial view of the sea. All units consist of one room with two joined single beds, wardrobe, kitchen and TV, and another very small room with only a bunk bed for two children. The two apartments at the front have separate terraces. The two apartments in the back of the house are one step lower than the level of the veranda, and the rest is the same as the units with a sea view. They have a shared veranda and overlook the mountains. Cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels is done every three days. The yard has a small covered summer house and plenty of tables and chairs for enjoying meals outside and socializing with friends and family. There is a barbecue on both sides of the accommodation. In front of the villa, along the street, there are places for parking cars, while the villa has a private parking lot for up to two cars. Coming from the direction of Prinos, turn off the main road before the little bridge and continue straight towards the place for another 500m, after which you will turn left and after 40m you will see your accommodation on the right. If you want new, decent and clean accommodation, in a very quiet place, then Magda Studios can be an excellent choice.

Kostas Studios is located in Skala Maries in a quiet area, very close to the beach and the center. In addition to the good location, the cleanliness is at an enviable level, and the guests also have a barbecue in the yard. The city beach is 50m from the accommodation. The accommodation was built in 1992 and renovated in 2008. It offers ten studios and one apartment (six studios are on the ground floor, and the remaining four and the apartment are on the first floor). All studios have an area of ​​about 15 m2, double rooms have two joined single beds or a double bed, a bathroom and an equipped kitchen. Triple beds differ only in the structure of the bed, since they have a French bed with a drawer bed for a child. These units are different from each other, from the color to the arrangement of the furniture and the size of the terrace (the two terraces on the ground floor are walk-through). The apartment has an area of ​​35m2, a living room with two joined single beds and a very small bedroom with bunk beds. All units have air conditioning and TV, internet, kitchen, decent bathrooms and terraces. Hygiene is very important to the landlady and the studios are really clean, and you will notice that all the rooms are full of details, bows, decorative candles, bowls, etc. Change of bed linen and towels, as well as cleaning, are done every three days. The yard has a lot of details, flowers, benches and decorations. A barbecue is also available. The owner has her own safe where you can leave things for safekeeping. It also has a washing machine and an oven, which are at your disposal if you need them. There is no private parking, so you have to park somewhere nearby or along the road. When you get to the center of town, where the city beach is, turn into the alley by the Cavo D'Oro tavern and after 50m you will see your accommodation on the left. Villa Ioanna is located in the center of the fishing village of Skala Marijes, in the south of the island. Ioanna is located 20m from the city beach and the city center. Only the first floor, which is occupied by one fully equipped apartment, is available for online booking. It has stylish furniture made of quality wood. The town of Skala Maries is small and quiet with good beaches on the edges and even better sunsets. Eleni Villa is located in the very center of Skala Maries, just 50m from the city beach and all facilities. It is decent and affordable accommodation with nicely furnished and clean studios. In addition to the city beach, there are two more beaches near the villa, both of which are sandy. One is the Sunset beach (Platanes) at about 200m from the villa, and the other is the famous Atspas beach at 650m from the villa. The building was renovated in 2014. There are six studios on offer that have an area between 20-28m2 and are distributed on the first and second floors. From the front of the house, they are the first and second floors, and from the back are the ground floor and the first. There are three studios on the second floor. One is a four-bed room with a sea view, a French bed and a sofa bed. The second is a double studio with a French bed. This is the smallest accommodation unit, but it has the largest terrace with a view of the sea. On this floor, there is another four-bed studio with a double bed and a sofa bed, but it has a view from the other side of the house, towards the yard, and does not have a classic terrace because it has a kitchen. The remaining three studios are located on the first floor that leads to the courtyard. The largest studio (number 3) is located at the back of the house, opens onto the yard and does not have a separate terrace. It has one double bed and a pull-out sofa, and an extra bed can be added if necessary. There are enough parking spaces, and guests can use the barbecue in the yard. Villa Evrika is 500m away from the center, city beach, pharmacy and tavern. The nearest beach is Atspas, the accommodation is located right above it but in the third row to the sea. The accommodation was built in 2015 and has a total of two studios and two apartments. The apartment is about 40m2 and consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with two single beds. It has a fully equipped kitchen. It also has a balcony with a sea view. The apartment is air-conditioned, has a TV, and there are mosquito nets on the windows and doors. You have a hairdryer in the bathroom. In case you need it, the owner can also give you a small oven. Internet access is provided throughout the house. Cleaning and changing of towels and bed linen are done every three days. A smaller paved patio with a fenced barbecue is located in front of the house and offers a view of the sea. The accommodation does not have a private parking lot, but there is enough space on the street in front of the accommodation where you can leave your vehicle. Coming from the direction of Prinos, turn right 750m after crossing the overpass. Continue driving uphill on a bad dirt road and turn right after 100m. After 200m, the road will bring you in front of the villa, which will be on your left. The road to the villa is currently not paved, so the approach is a little difficult. The villa is a good choice for all those looking for newer accommodation in a quiet location with a view of the sea.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a second bathroom with a bathtub. All three rooms have a double bed, and one has bunk beds. It is not possible to insert an extra bed. The large balcony is accessed from the living room, while the two bedrooms on the first floor have their own small, separate terrace. The large terrace offers a beautiful view of the bay and the sunset. Towels, bed linen and cleaning are changed halfway through the stay (for five to six days).
