Atlantis Studios se sastoji iz dva objekta koji su izgrađeni 2001. godine, ali vlasnici svake godine renoviraju po nešto. Dvospratna zgrada se nalazi u prednjem delu dvorišta, a prizemna zgrada se nalazi u zadnjem delu. Petokrevetni apartmani imaju isti raspored, s tim što se u prostoriji gde su kreveti na sprat nalazi i kauč. Apartmani su raspoređeni u prizemlju (tri stepenika iznad nivoa zemlje) i na prvom spratu. Neki gledaju bočno u susednu zgradu, dok neki imaju delimičan pogled na more. Sve smeštajne jedinice imaju TV (veliki apartmani imaju dva televizora), klima uređaj, mrežice za komarce, zasebne terase sa stolom i stolicama za sedenje i žicom za sušenje veša, opremljenu kuhinju, rešoom sa dvema ringlama, velikim frižiderom sa komorom za zamrzavanje, kuvalom i aparatom za kafu. Kupatila su prostrana, sa kadicom za tuširanje, bez zavese. Vila ima i veliko dvorište u kojem se nalazi parking za sve goste, zidani roštilj i garniture za sedenje. Smeštaj ima 4 rutera za bežični internet tako da internet signal postoji i u sobama. Zamena peškira i posteljine je na tri dana boravka. Vlasnik može da obezbedi krevetac za bebe ukoliko je potreban. Do smeštaja ćete doći tako što ćete voziti glavnom ulicom pored mora do taverne Afroditi, pored koje ćete odmah ugledati i smeštaj Dimitra Studios. Opis smeštaja U srcu Toronija, nedaleko od lepe peščane plaže nalazi se moderno uređena vila Maria 1. Dekorisana u morskom stilu, sa velikim balkonima, od kojih neki gledaju na more, odaje utisak nekog egzotičnog mesta. Ceo sadržaj mesta je blizu smeštaja. Na samo par minuta hoda je peščana plaža gde se nalaze i barovi, a odmah u neposrednoj blizini su prodavnica i taverne. U ponudi je 15 studija i apartmana raspoređenih u prizemlju, na prvom, drugom i trećem spratu. U prizemlju se nalazi jedan studio (br. 1 - u cenovniku studio economy) koji je opremljen dvoma francuskim krevetima. Samo kuhinja nije renovirana, dok je sve ostalo novo. Balkon gleda na ulicu. Na prvom spratu nalazi se pet studija (br. 11, 12, 13, 15 i 16) i jedan apartman (br. 14). Studio br. 11 (u cenovniku studio standard) ima jedan bračni i tri singl kreveta. Studio br. 12 (u cenovniku studio standard) ima jedan bračni krevet i sofu na razvlačenje za dve osobe. Studio br. 13 (u cenovniku studio junior) ima dva bračna kreveta u dve prostorije odvojene zavesom. Sva tri prethodno opisana studija imaju svoj, zasebni balkon i gledaju ka ulici i bočno ka moru. Studio br. 14 (u cenovniku studio junior) i studio br. 15 (u cenovniku studio economy) nalaze se jedan pored drugog (na slici br. 12) i balkoni su im pregrađeni trskom, a ispred je zajednički balkon za celu vilu. Obe smeštajne jedinice su nešto mračnije nego ostale, pošto je jedini dotok svetlosti sa balkonskih vrata i prozora. U apartmanu spavaća soba je odvojena kliznim vratima i u njoj se nalaze bračni krevet i kupatilo, a u prostoriji sa kuhinjom su dva singl kreveta i još jedno kupatilo. Po potrebi se može dodati pomoćni ležaj. U studiju se na donjem nivou nalazi francuski krevet, a na galeriji dva singl za dvoje dece, pošto su dušeci postavljeni po dužini (pogledati sliku br. 88). Studio br. 16 (u cenovniku studio economy) ima jedan francuski i dva singl kreveta u dve prostorije odvojene zavesom. Specifičnost ovog studija je kuhinja koja se nalazi na terasi, ali je dobro natkrivena, pa se može koristiti i kada je loše vreme. Balkon gleda na zid susedne zgrade. Na drugom spratu ima četiri studija (br. 21, 23, 25 i 26) i dva apartmana (br. 22 i 24). Studio br. 21 (u cenovniku studio standard) ima jedan bračni i jedan singl krevet, a po potrebi se može dodati i pomoćni ležaj. Studiji br. 25 i 26 (u cenovniku studio junior) su slični jer imaju dve prostorije odvojene zavesom s tim što br. 25 ima jedan francuski i jedan singl krevet uz mogućnost dodavanja pomoćnog ležaja, a br. 26 ima jedan francuski i dva singl kreveta. Balkon studija br. 21 gleda bočno ka moru, a balkoni studija br. 25 i 26 gledaju ka moru izdaleka, ali su pregrađeni niskom ogradom (slika br. 98). Studio br. 23 (u cenovniku studio economy) ima jedan francuski i jedan singl krevet uz mogućnost dodavanja pomoćnog ležaja, ali je i kod njega, kao i kod studija br. 16 kuhinja na terasi. Balkon gleda ka zidu susedne zgrade. Apartman br. 22 (u cenovniku apartman grand) ima jedan francuski krevet u spavaćoj sobi i dva singl u prostoriji sa kuhinjom, a ima i dva kupatila (jedno ima tuš kadu sa zavesom, a drugo tuš kabinu). Balkon gleda ka ulici. Apartman br. 24 (u cenovniku apartman grand) u spavaćoj sobi odvojenoj kliznim vratima ima sofu na razvlačenje i kupatilo, a u prostoriji sa kuhinjom ima francuski ležaj i još dve fizički odvojene prostorije, od kojih je u jednoj tuš, a u drugoj toalet. Balkon ima pogled na more izdaleka. Na trećem spratu se nalaze dva studija (br. 31 i 32) sa po jednim bračnim i dvoma singl krevetima. Studio br. 31 (u cenovniku apartman na trećem spratu) ima direktni pogled na more, a studio br. 32 (u cenovniku apartmana na trećem spratu junior) ima bočni pogled na more. Dele vrlo prostrani balkon, pa tako da svaki studio ima svoju privatnost. Sve smeštajne jedinice imaju klima uređaj, TV, internet, sef, fen, komarnike, kuhinju, kupatilo i balkon sa stolom i stolicama. Kuhinja je opremljena frižiderom (neke junior, standard i economy imaju manji frižider, kao i top floor junior suita, a ostali imaju veliki), rešoom ili indukcionom pločom sa dvema ringlama, mikrotalasnom pećnicom, kuvalom i neophodnim posuđem. U kupatilu nekih smeštajnih jedinica je tuš kada sa zavesom, a kod nekih je tuš pregrađen staklom sa jedne strane. Samo u studiju br. 1 u prizemlju se nalazi kada sa zavesom. Čišćenje kao i zamena peškira i posteljine se vrši na svaka tri dana. Vila Maria 1 ne poseduje dvorište što svakako ne umanjuje njenu lepotu. kojoj doprinosi veliki zajednički balkon sa garniturama za sedenje, natkriven zelenilom, gde se u hladu može koristiti i roštilj. Privatni parking je obezbeđen. U istom vlasništvu je i bar na plaži Delouz gde dosti vile Maria 1 imaju popust od 10%. Takođe, gostima su na raspolaganju SUP daske i bicikli besplatno. Smeštaj ćete vrlo lako naći kada idete iz pravca Neos Marmarasa i sa glavnog magistralnog puta uđete u Toroni, vozite glavnom ulicom pored mora dok ne dođete do taverne Afroditi. Kod taverne ćete skrenuti levo i nakon 100m ćete ugledati smeštaj sa desne strane.
