Owner's description Kladi House is located about 6km from Nikiti and 3km from Metamorfosi in a quiet environment between olive groves and forest. A slightly worse road leads to the building, about 1 km, where you can see olive trees, wild and fragrant flowers, and sometimes sheep. :) The nearest beach is about five minutes away by car. The house is air conditioned, has a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, double bed, sofa bed for two, TV, internet and hair dryer. In the accommodation you can buy olive oil, olives and seasonal fruits and vegetables. If you are going to spend your vacation in a quiet location, Kladi House may be the right choice for you.

In Sikia, in "Vigla", on a green area of 4,000 square meters, with more than thirty mulberry trees, what remains to remind us of the time of silkworm breeding in the area, there are eight newly built rooms, six of which are on the ground floor . Fully equipped rooms, located in a protected area, easily accessible to people with special needs and suitable for our little friends, who want to get in touch with nature, we are waiting for you all to visit them! Accommodation has private parking, internet, swimming pool with hydromassage, barbecue, etc. To reach us you will pass through the cosmopolitan Nikiti towards Agios Nikolaos, you will travel 45km through the beautiful pine forests of the Dragoudeli mountain and 7km after the tourist Sarti, Elli’s Onar Studios will appear on the left! It is 3 km away from the village of Sikija. By air, Sikija Beach is 800m away, while the peripheral is 1.5km - something most people prefer to get to know the area and visit its beautiful bays (Agridia, Valti, Griavas, Ai Giannis to the left of Sikija Beach, Windmills - Sikija Beach, Linaraki, Pigadaki, Tourkolimnionas, Klimataria, Tigania, Kriaritsi, Kalamitsi). Within a kilometer of Elli’s Onar Studios you will find bakeries - cafes, butchers, supermarkets and gas stations. Other points of interest except beaches: 1. Niriides Hotel is a picturesquely decorated accommodation in a fenced courtyard with a summer house, close to the center and the sandy beach on the island of Amulani. We offer eight neat accommodation units for 2-4 people. About 1.5 km from the property is one of the most popular beaches on the island of Alikes, which is an additional reason why this accommodation is popular. Small pets are also welcome. The beach is less than 100m away, while the center is 200m. The nearest market is only a few steps away, and the bakery is about 100m away. The hotel has two studios in the basement and six rooms on the first and second floor. Studios (25-30m2) have one double and two single beds, equipped kitchenette (stove, small refrigerator) and bathroom (shower with curtain). They do not have a veranda, but they exude freshness. Rooms (15-20m2) are double and have one double bed (two on the first floor and all three rooms on the second floor), or two single beds (one room on the first floor), bathroom (shower with curtain) and a terrace with dryer for you know. Accommodation is air conditioned and features a TV, internet access, a small fridge, mosquito nets and a hairdryer. The use of the washing machine is possible on request and as needed. Bed linen and towels are changed every two days, while cleaning is daily. Private parking is not available, so guests park nearby. Opposite from the kitchen is the living room featuring a/c and fireplace for the colder days or as decoration for a chill out night at the bamboo couches. There is also the door to the small veranda and the garden. The Hall next to the living room features satellite television, DVD player, CD player and radio and finally books in English as also a Playstation 2 if requested. The downstairs bathroom is also connected to the living room and it features a shower and a toilet as also the washing machine. Next to the bathroom is the utility room. The stairs lead to the first floor, where the three bedrooms are, all air conditioned, the main bathroom and the W.C. The double bedroom has big mirror with the appropiate furnishing and faces the mountains with the balcony's door - from the window one can see the pool as one can from the veranda of the twin bedroom, the one in common with the double bedroom. The third bedroom, has a window facing the garden and the Christina Villas private road and is the most spacious. All bedrooms are having plenty of light, lamps for a night reading or atmosphere and are having big wardrobes. A plus is the small safe for personal belongings. The upstairs main bathroom has the Bath and the toilet, while a the third toilet is right next to it.
