It is a complex that offers four apartments and eight studios spread over two buildings, so that there is one apartment and two studios each on the ground floor and on the first floor. All units are the same. The hotel has a new owner from the 2020 season.
The apartments have an area of about 50m2. In the bedroom there is one double bed, while in the living room there is a sofa bed for two adults. The bathroom has a shower tub with a curtain. The kitchen is not intended for cooking and has a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a sink and one hotplate. Both rooms open onto a terrace with a view of the pool or the village. It is not possible to add an extra bed. All terraces are separate.
Studios have an area of about 40m2, two single beds and a sofa bed for two adults in the same room. The bathroom has a shower tub with a curtain. The kitchen is not intended for cooking and has a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a sink and one hot plate. It is not possible to add an extra bed. The terrace offers a view of the pool or the village. All terraces are separate.
The hotel was built in 2008. There is no air conditioning in the accommodation units because the owners believe that there is no need for it due to the fresh climate in the village. All units have a TV, hairdryer and mosquito nets. Internet signal exists only in the restaurant and around the pool. There is a restaurant within the hotel where half board can be paid. It was renovated in 2020 and is open for breakfast and dinner (main course, salad and dessert). The pool bar and the pool itself are open all day.
Cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels is done every two to three days.
Parking is provided for all hotel guests.
Coming from the direction of Limenas, turn left towards the village of Kazaviti at the main intersection in Prinos. Continue driving another 5 km uphill when you will see the hotel on your left in the hill and a signpost, from where the road leads you alone.

The facility offers four accommodation units:
Three double rooms (15m²): Each has one double bed.
One triple room (18m²): It is equipped with one French and one single bed.

In front of the entrance to each unit is a veranda with a table and chairs, perfect for relaxing with a view of the mountains and the traditional village. Our two-story house is located at the very entrance to the lower part of the village, in a quiet and peaceful place, easily accessible from the main highway, just 150 meters from the central square. Walnut trees, pines, vines and flowers together with birdsong, is a typical traditional environment that promises a unique and peaceful holiday. Our accommodation is an excellent solution for those who are looking for a quiet place and an intimate space for their vacation away from their obligations in Greece, on Thassos. The house was built in the spirit of traditional architecture with a contemporary approach.
Paved paths connect the two-level courtyard, which has a dining area with armchairs and sofas and a vine pergola that provides shade. On the ground floor of the house, guests can use a fully equipped kitchen for preparing breakfast and meals. The kitchen is open-plan, with a wooden sofa, a fireplace, a coffee table and a decorative fountain. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub, a washing machine and a hair dryer.
An independent internal staircase leads to the first floor of the house where there are three bedrooms and a small toilet with a shower cabin. All rooms have access to a 10m long terrace. The balcony has perfectly comfortable seating for unlimited hours of relaxation with a panoramic view of the mountains and the sea.
The house can accommodate six to eight people. Maintaining hygiene, both inside and outside, is the task of the guests. For this reason, we offer our guests cleaning tools and appliances: a vacuum cleaner, a vacuum cleaner, a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
