Nikos House is an accommodation on the promenade, in the center of Sarti, and can be an excellent choice for guests who value proximity to all the facilities that this place has to offer. Three-bed studios are located on the first and second floors, each have a double bed and a single bed. The four-bed studios are located on the second floor, they have one French and two single beds, i.e. one French and one single bed with a drawer bed each. The studios are air-conditioned, have a kitchen with a small fridge, stove and dishes, TV, internet and a bathroom with a shower and a curtain. They do not have a yard or a private parking lot, so guests park their vehicles in the surrounding streets. Coming from the direction of Vourvourou, turn off the highway at Club Fact and continue straight to the end. Enter the street that leads to the sea, then turn into the first street on the left and 50m later, on the left, you will see a pancake house above which Nikos House is located. Opis smeštaja Panorama Studios je smeštaj na mirnoj lokaciji u Kaliteji. Raspolaže sa 12 identičnih studija (25m2) za 2-4 osobe. Gostima je na raspolaganju ograđeno i lepo uređeno dvorište sa roštiljem i letnjikovcem, idealno za porodice sa decom. Plaža i centar su udaljeni 300m, a najbliži market, pekara i restoran oko 150m. U kuhinji su rešo i mali frižider sa frizerom, dok je u kupatilu tuš kadica bez zavese. Ulaz je sa zadnje strane (kružnim stepenicama). Svi studiji su klimatizovani, imaju pristup internetu, TV i terasu, odnosno verandu. Komarnici postoje samo u studijima u suterenu. Ukoliko nekome zatreba fen za kosu, može da se obrati ljubaznim vlasnicima. Čišćenje studija, zamena peškira i posteljine je na tri dana. U dvorištu se nalazi i nekoliko igračaka za decu, dok se roditelji mogu odmarati u hladovini letnjikovca ili na ležaljkama. Gostima je na raspolaganju i česma. Privatni parking se nalazi u dvorištu i ima mesta za sve ako se gosti pravilno parkiraju. Objekat se nalazi na uzbrdici, odnosno nizbrdici, što je karakteristično za većinu smeštaja u Kaliteji. The prices are reasonable and the studios are decently decorated, with wooden furniture. It is ten minutes' walk from the promenade and all amenities, restaurants, taverns, and shops. The accommodation is located 600 meters from the city center and 800 meters from the city beach. It is a small family building with a yard, built in 2005. It has five studios, of which a total of three are available for the 2025 season. Two studios have three beds and each have a double bed and a single bed, while the third studio is a double bed and has one double bed. One three-bed and two-bed studio have a view of the street, while the other three-bed studio has a view of the courtyard. All units are located on the ground floor (only five steps above the courtyard level). The furniture is mostly wooden and the studios are medium in size (about 25m2). The terraces are shared (they are not partitioned), but everyone has their own seating area. Each studio has air conditioning, TV, bathroom and terrace. Towels are changed every three days, and bed linen every five days. In the courtyard of the villa there is a brick grill and furniture for sitting and enjoying the shade. The villa does not have a private parking lot, but you can leave your car in front of the accommodation along the street. You will reach it by turning left at the central intersection (if you are coming from Skala Prinos) and driving straight for another 600 meters. You will see the villa on the left side of the road. This accommodation is a good choice as a base for visiting the island because it is located in the south, near all the popular beaches and Potos is only 5 km away. .

The accommodation is very meticulously maintained and the owners pay special attention to providing their guests with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. The accommodation is located on the main road that passes through Skala Potamija, about 800m from the center and about 900m from the beach. Billena Villa has a total of four rooms on the ground floor. Two double rooms face the large yard, while one triple and one four-bed room overlook a small yard at the back of the house. Room No. 1: consists of one double bed and one single bed, which can be pulled out from under the French bed. It is a standard bed that comes flush with a French bed. Room no. 2: like room no. 1, this accommodation unit also contains one double bed and one single bed that can be pulled out from under the double bed. Room No. 3: consists of a French bed and one sofa bed for two small children or one adult. We must mention that the space in the room is significantly narrowed if the sofa is stretched out.
