Apartment no. 1 (40 m²) is located on the first floor and has a balcony with a view of the village, the sea and Olympus in the distance. It consists of two bedrooms and a kitchen with a dining table. There is a double bed in one bedroom, and two single beds in the other. Both rooms have air conditioning, LED TV and internet. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, a mini stove with an oven, a toaster, an electric kettle and kitchen utensils. Apartment no. 2 (30 m²) is located on the first floor and has a balcony with a sea view. It consists of one bedroom and a kitchen with a dining table, as well as a bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer. The bedroom has a double bed, while the other room has two single beds. Both rooms have air conditioning, LED TV and internet. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, a mini stove with an oven, a toaster, an electric kettle and kitchen utensils. Apartment no. 3 (40 m²) is located on the first floor and has a balcony with a view of the countryside, as well as an additional balcony at the back. It consists of two bedrooms, a kitchen with a dining table and a bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer. There is a double bed in one bedroom, and two single beds in the other. Both rooms have air conditioning, LED TV and internet. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, a mini stove with an oven, a toaster, an electric kettle and kitchen utensils. The studio (30 m²) is intended for two people and is located on the ground floor. It has a separate entrance and a private garden of 30 m². The sleeping area has a double bed, air conditioning, LED TV and internet. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped with a refrigerator, mini stove with oven, toaster, electric kettle and kitchen utensils. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. The apartment is located right next to the coast, only a street separates it from the sea. Nikolas House in Nea Heraklia is a detached house of 40m2, with a capacity of up to four people. The beach is located one minute from the rocky beach, and the first sandy beach is about 750m away. It is a family house, airy with a balcony at the entrance and a terrace at the back. In the immediate vicinity there are supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy, park, playground, church, fish market, taverns, pizzeria, cafes, beach bar. It is five kilometers from Nea Kalikratia and 20 minutes from Thessaloniki airport (33km from Thessaloniki). Ideal for a pleasant holiday in Halkidiki. It is located in the center of Nea Heraklia. The house has air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, cooking plates, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, LCD TV, large bed (1.60x2.08) in the room, closet, sofa that becomes a bed in the living room, dining table and chairs. Garden furniture both on the balcony and on the back terrace. Bed linen and towels are also available, which are changed halfway through the stay. Guests with emo can park along the street, in front of the house, but a guaranteed parking spot is not provided.
