Najbliži supermarket, poslastičarnica i pekara su na oko 200-250m. U ponudi je 10 vrlo slično opremljenih smeštajnih jedinica koji mogu da ugoste tri-četiri osobe. Apartmani i studiji nisu veliki, ali su vrlo funkcionalni. Postoje tri jedinice u prizemlju, tri na prvom i četiri na drugom spratu. Ulaz u dva apartmana u prizemlju je lociran 5-6 stepenika ispod nivoa ulice, prozori su im nešto manji od standardnih ali su dovoljno osvetljeni, a njihove terase su prolazne i okrenute ka zadnjoj strani - ali su u nivou dvorišta.
