Lemoni Maisonettes are located only 20m from the beach. In the vicinity of the villa there is a beautifully decorated marina and the center of Nea Skioni. Very spacious maisonettes offer accommodation for 6 people on two levels.
In the units on the ground floor, there is a bedroom with 3 beds and a wardrobe on the lower level, as well as a living room with a spacious kitchen equipped with a large refrigerator, oven and stove, bathroom with shower, air conditioning, LCD TV. On the upper level there is a second bedroom with 3 more beds, a wardrobe and a balcony. At the front of the villa there is a grassy area with seating.
In the units on the first floor, in the lower part, there is a living room with a spacious kitchen equipped with a large refrigerator, oven and stove, air conditioning and LCD TV. On the upper level there are both bedrooms (one has another air conditioner) and a bathroom. Each bedroom has its own balcony with a view of the sea. The view from the front balcony of the sea and the marina is especially wonderful.
The beach is reached by a private passage. Although the villa does not have its own parking, parking is usually possible in the street above the house or in the marina where there is free public parking. Lemoni Maisonettes are ideal for one large or two smaller families. Guests are provided with one large towel each. Accommodation has wifi internet.
