Villa Mantesos is located in Kinira, between the main road and the beach. Distance from the beach is only 50 meters. When you come from the direction of Prinos, you will see the sign of Mantesos on the right side of the road. Within the house there are two penthouses, one apartment and one double studio. All rooms have a balcony overlooking the sea. The balconies are spacious and partitioned. Two penthouses are upstairs, and the apartment and double studio on the high ground floor. The owners made an effort to beautify the atmosphere in the rooms with colors, so each room has bedspreads, curtains and some other small details that are the same color. The double studio is in blue. There are 2 connected single beds in the studio. The apartment is in orange. The bedroom has a double bed, and the living room has a kitchen, a single bed and one sofa bed. There are two bathrooms, one is entered from the bedroom and the other from the living room. One maisonette is in pink and has four beds (one French and 2 single beds), and the other maisonette is orange-green and can accommodate 5 people because there are a double bed and 3 single beds. Parking is in the yard, in the shade. The yard is very spacious with a barbecue and furniture for sitting, dining and enjoying, but also for running children. Coming from the direction of Limenaria, immediately after the Alexandra Beach Hotel, turn left and drive about 100 meters. You will recognize the villa by the large pink building next to the road and the clothing store on the ground floor. Next to the pink building is a path through the yard that leads to the villa and the beach. The villa is absolutely sheltered from noise, and yet less than a minute walk from the promenade, shops, bakeries and supermarkets. It has a fantastic yard full of greenery and shade, swings, comfortable seating and kiosks, and there is also a barbecue with tables for socializing and dining. The yard opens onto a small beach that is sandy on the shore, and the first few meters in the water are rocks. Accommodation consists of three buildings, two of which are on the beach, and the third is in the same yard, but about 50 meters from the beach. The third building is a very nice house on two levels (maisonette), suitable for a family of four. The house has one double bed on the ground floor, bathroom and kitchen, and upstairs another room with two single beds. In front of the house is a very spacious veranda with furniture for sitting, relaxing and enjoying, and next to the house is a parking space. If you want a more intimate variant of accommodation near the beach, there may be no better choice than this house in Potos. The other two buildings are located next to the beach. All apartments are renovated and very nicely decorated, and all have sea views. The sea from some terraces is partially sheltered by trees in the yard, but the view is certainly beautiful and the greenery and the sea, and the smell of conifers and the sea is invaluable. The apartments are very well lit, the furniture is in light tones, so with a view of the sea, staying in them is really pleasant. They are intended for families with two or three children. They have spacious terraces, an equipped kitchen, a TV, a double bed, a pull-out bed the size of a double bed and air conditioning. The bedroom is separated by a door from the living room where there is a kitchen with dining area. As part of the accommodation there is also a double room without kitchen (there is only a refrigerator) and a triple studio (with kitchen). Our house is quietly located in an olive orchard and is the ideal location to enjoy a relaxing stay at the sea. It's only 500 m to the beach and 4 km to the next village. The adorably furnished heatable studios consist of one room with fully equipped kitchenette, shower/wc, balcony with view to the sea and Mt. Ahtos. There is also a complete apartment (65 sqm) consisting of a living room with TV and piano, 2 beds, separate bedroom with big bed, kitchen, shower/wc, veranda to the garden. During the off season period a perfect place to write a book, compose music, paint, meditate, hike and relax. There is no direct neighbourhood. Tavernas and shops are found in the surrounding villages. To Thessaloniki it's a 100 km ride. It's advisable to have a car, as public transportation is scarce. We have also organized several seminars and workshops, yoga, painting, self-awareness, african drums, etc. - we are open for many ideas. Coming from the direction of Prinos and Potos, at the very beginning of Astris you will see a turn for bungalows, to the left of the highway. At the turn there is a sign marked Caripis. The Caripis Bungalows complex has a total of seven bungalows located in a very spacious courtyard. Each is intended for one family only. They are at a sufficient distance from each other so that everyone has privacy. In the first row of the yard there are two slightly larger bungalows (30m2) which have one bedroom with a double and a single bed, separated by a door from the room where the kitchen and sofa.
