VILLA PORTO PEFKOHORI Villa Porto is located in the most beautiful part of Pefkohori, near the dock, only 20 meters from the beach, where you exit to the wide part of the beach in Pefkohori. The villa has seven fully equipped studios located on the ground floor and first floor. When you leave the yard of the villa, a beautiful promenade by the sea begins, full of various facilities that make your vacation unforgettable and always fun. Although located in the city center and close to the beach, Villa Porto offers a quiet and relaxing holiday. Each studio is a triple and has one double and one single bed, then has an equipped kitchen, toilet, air conditioning, TV, WIFI, balcony and yard where there is a barbecue, benches and shower. The studios were renovated a couple of years ago. The studies are 20 square meters in size and can accommodate up to three adults or a family with two small children.

Our description Aggelina House enjoys a quiet location less than 100 meters from the sandy Pigadaki Beach. In front of the house is a parking lot, there are toys for children and a common terrace with a beautiful sea view, and the owners are unobtrusive and always available. The house is located on a small hill, and the beach can be reached by a path between other houses. The beach is 70m away, it is sandy, has shallow and crystal clear water, and nearby you will find several taverns. A van with fresh fruits and vegetables passes by the street next to the beach every day. The nearest shop is on the highway (2.4 km) and a bakery a little before it, about 1.6 km from the house. Aggelina House consists of five four-bed studios. Three (nos. 2, 3 and 4) are on the first floor, and two (nos. 1 and 5) are on the ground floor. Studios with bunk beds can accommodate a maximum of two adults and two children, while others can accommodate a maximum of three adults and one child. Of the three studios on the first floor, no. 3 and 4 have one double bed and two bunk beds, and no. 2 has one standard double bed and one double bed narrower than the standard one. The kitchens are equipped with basic utensils, a stove and a small refrigerator, and only in studio no. 2 large refrigerators. All bathrooms have a shower with a curtain. All studios have a walk-in terrace with a seating area and side sea views. Studio no. 1 has one standard double bed and another narrower than the standard one. This house is ideal for families with children who do not want to change beaches every day, but to be close to a good beach. The environment is peaceful, so this is the right place to relax. Owner's description At the southeastern end of the Sithonia peninsula lies one of the oldest villages in Halkidiki, Sykia. It has 3000 inhabitants and is 160 km away from Thessaloniki. There are different versions of how his name came about. The first version of the story is related to the shade of the Holy Mountain (in Greek skia), the second version comes from paraphrasing the Ancient City of the area (Siggos) which in the following years took the name Siggia and finally Sikija. Moreover, the existence of an old large tree (in Greek Sikia) around when the village was built is a possible version. The second place is Kukos, rocky and high, surrounded by a castle and probably there was a prehistoric settlement. The area is full of beautiful coastline. Our description Accommodation is located on the right side of the road between Kallithea and Afitos. It is 1.5 km away from the center of Kallithea, and it is only a minute or two drive to the center of Afitos, so both places are very easily accessible. Nastasia Apartments offers 10 double studios to which a third extra bed with a metal frame can be added if required. A small child can also sleep with his parents in a French bed because it is very wide (it consists of two connected single beds that are wider than the standard French bed). By inserting a third bed, the studio becomes cramped. All studios were renovated in 2016, except for the bathrooms which are in good condition. The fully equipped kitchen, beds, closet have been replaced ... The studios are nicely decorated, and the furniture is in open and cheerful colors.
