ggelina House is located on the promenade in Nikiti, towards the beach of Saint George. It consists of two houses, the first directly overlooks the sea, and the second is located ten meters behind and the rooms have a partial sea view. The accommodation has a large private parking lot with video surveillance, which has space for 13-14 cars. Behind the first house there is a summer house, a children's playground, the friendly owners give guests a portable barbecue, and guests can also use the garden shower. In the first house there are six studios (2 + 1) of 25m2, of which two studios are equipped with three single beds, and four studios with one double and one single bed. Bed linen is changed every three to four days, when cleaning of accommodation units is performed. In the second house there are three apartments of 50m2 with the following layout: living room and kitchen with oven and sofa bed that serves as a single bed, two bedrooms, the first of which has a double bed, the second two single beds and a separate bathroom . The kitchens in the apartments have a large refrigerator, oven, and there are two spacious and beautiful balconies with partial but beautiful sea views. All accommodation units have a TV, air conditioning, mosquito nets and new bathrooms. Our description Accommodation is located in the center, not far from the port and promenade, and only 50m from the beach. It is more recent (built in 2007/2008) and has six studios and two duplex apartments. Three studios (no. 3,5,6) have accommodation capacity for two people, have two single beds, which can be connected, while three (no. 1,2,4) accommodation capacity for two adults and two children, has a double bed and a bunk bed. The kitchen is equipped, has a stove and refrigerator. If necessary, a stove with an oven can be requested from the owner. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain. The studios have an area of 20-35m2. All studios are located on the ground floor, 70cm below ground level; they don't have a terrace, but there is a space where they can dry things. The apartments are upstairs. The apartments have two separate bedrooms (one has a double bed and the other has a drawer bed). The living room has a seating area (two sofas and an armchair or a corner sofa) and an LCD TV. The kitchen is fully equipped, has a large refrigerator, stove with oven and washing machine.
