Our description Ioanna Villa is located between Nikiti and Metamorphosis, about 1km from the center of Nikiti and about 350 meters from the nearest beach. It was built in 1995 and renovated in 2015. It is surrounded by a spacious and fenced yard, provided with a special mechanism, so that the safety of guests is guaranteed. Within the yard there is a parking lot large enough for all guests of this accommodation, deck chairs where guests can enjoy the peace and privacy of this beautifully decorated space, shower, barbecue and summer house with TV, swings and playground for children. Accommodation consists of a total of seven accommodation units, of which five are located in the central house, and two in smaller buildings next to it. Maisonette No. 3 has two bedrooms on the upper level, with two single beds in each and an extra bed on the lower level, in the kitchen area. Both levels have air conditioning, and this accommodation unit has a large and beautiful balcony overlooking the courtyard. Apartment number 5 is on the second floor and is decorated the same as apartment number 4. Once a week, the owners bring towels and linen to change, and guests are provided with room cleaning supplies. This accommodation can be a perfect choice for undemanding families with children who come by their own transport, primarily due to the high security that this facility provides.
