Diana House is located in the center of Skala Kalirahi, close to the beach. We offer rooms without a kitchen, some of which also have a view of the sea. Guests have at their disposal a large common terrace, a common kitchen and a parking lot in front of the villa. The center with shops is about 100m away, as is the beach. There are seven double and triple rooms on the first floor, and an extra bed can be added to some triple rooms. Double rooms have one double bed, and three-bed rooms have one double and one single bed each (except for one that has two single beds and an extra bed). The rooms are modestly furnished and have internet, TV, fridge and bathroom. The terraces are either very small or they are connected to a common terrace that has a view of the sea, and there is also a common kitchen, barbecue and seating area. Another common kitchen is inside the house. Cleaning, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every third day. The parking lot is in front of the house. Coming from the direction of Skala Prinos, you will reach a junction where you turn right towards the harbour, and Diana House is the last house before turning left. Summer Rooms is located in Skala Sotiros, 130m from the nearest beach. We offer rooms with a shared kitchen and a beautiful view of the sea or the mountains in the hinterland. The villa is affordable and in a good location. The sandy beach in the center is about 400m away. There are shops and a butcher, while a bakery is about 50m from the villa. The building was built in 1993. We offer three double and three triple rooms with an area of ​​about 14m2. On the first floor (high ground floor) there are two double rooms with two single beds and one triple room that overlooks the mountain and olive groves and has a double bed and a single bed. The double units face the front of the house. On each floor there is an equipped common kitchen with a stove and a kettle. On the second floor, there are two triple rooms with a French bed and a single bed and one double room with two single beds. It and another triple room overlook the sea, while the second triple room has a view of the mountain. All rooms have air conditioning, television, mosquito nets and a small refrigerator. It is not possible to add an extra bed or baby cot. The bathroom has a shower tub with a curtain. Pets are not allowed. Cleaning is daily, while towels and bed linen are changed every three days. A parking space is provided for all guests of the accommodation. Coming from the direction of Prinos, turn left into the street after the store with mattresses and water tires, 350m after the port. Continue straight for another 100m and turn right at the third turn onto the dirt road, where you will see the villa. The owners are very friendly and always available to their guests. Guests are also provided with private parking. Karantola Studios is located in Skala Kalirahi, 30m from the beach. It is about 1km away from the first shop and bakery. In its offer, this facility has eight accommodation units - three two-bed studios (20m2), two three-bed studios (20m2), two four-bed studios (20m2) and one three-bed studio in the attic (20m2). The layout of the beds is very simple, so the two-bed studios have one double bed, the three-bed studios have one double bed and one single bed, while the four-bed studios have one double bed and bunk beds. One four-bed studio is located on the ground floor, while the other four-bed studio, together with two-bed and three-bed studios, is located on the first floor. There is also a three-bed studio in the attic (listed as Attic in the price list). All units have a direct sea view from the balcony. One four-bed studio on the ground floor has its own sitting area with a sea view, instead of a balcony. The accommodation units have air conditioning and a TV set, internet access, a hair dryer, and it is possible to get a cot for babies, you just need to mention it before booking. Studios have a small kitchenette with two hotplates (some studios have a kitchen on the balcony, so that odors do not spread inside the unit). The yard is cascading, paved and very nicely decorated. A large number of tables and chairs are available for guests to socialize and enjoy the view, and there is also a common bar, where the owners can serve you a drink. Private parking is provided for each guest. Pets are welcome, but must be mentioned before booking. Cleaning, changing of towels and bed linen is done every fifth day. If you want accommodation close to the beach, with a great view of the sea, Karantola Studios can be a good choice.
