Studio A3 is similar in layout to studio A2, but faces the opposite side, towards the sea, which cannot be seen; it has a double bed and bunk beds, with the possibility of adding an extra bed. The four-bed studio A4 has a terrace, is slightly smaller than the others and is equipped with a double bed and bunk beds. On the second floor, the layout is the same, with the studios designated as B1, B2, B3 and B4. Studio B1 has a double bed, studio B2 a double bed and bunk beds, studio B3 has two double beds, while studio B4 has a double bed and one single bed. The use of air conditioning is charged additionally in the periods from May 24 to June 19 and from September 11 to September 15. A baby cot is available upon prior request and at no extra charge. The stay of small pets is allowed with prior agreement. Guests enter clean accommodation and take care of hygiene during their stay. Every five days, clean sets of bed linen and towels are provided, which guests change independently. Parking is possible along the street, as well as in the public parking lot near the building.
