Our description Beach-Hotel Villa Nisteri is located on the beach of Nisteri, a kilometer and a half from Limenas on the way to Prinos. It is a really nice building in a great location with a fantastic sea view. It is a half-hour walk or a 4-5 minute easy drive from the capital Limenas. It is close to one of the most famous beaches on the island - Pahis. It consists of twenty double rooms that can accommodate an extra bed and 4 suites. The villa has been recently renovated, the furniture is modern and high quality. Suite suites have two rooms that are not separated by a door, two connected single beds and one or two sofas as standard beds for one or two children. All accommodation units have air conditioning, TV, safe, wireless internet, spacious terrace overlooking the sea, small refrigerator (mini-bar), hair dryer, cot that can be booked on request, telephone and mosquito nets. Cleaning is done daily, and linen and towels are changed every 2 days. In the beautifully landscaped courtyard of the villa there is a restaurant in front of which breakfast is served, and if you wish you can book half board in advance or pay extra for dinner on the spot. During breakfast you can choose a dinner dish from the two offered. The view from the restaurant on the open sea and the beach is phenomenal. The beach is sandy, with pine trees and greenery in the hinterland. It is arranged and organized and you can rent deck chairs for two euros and an umbrella for one euro. The villa has private parking. If you want great accommodation on a sandy beach without crowds, accommodation for a real vacation, a few minutes from the capital, but away from the crowds and away from traffic, Villa Nisteri is a great choice.

Our description Harmony Apartments is located in Pefkohori, next to the sea. It consists of seven accommodation units - five apartments and two double studios. All apartments have a sea view. They consist of two bedrooms (of which only one is separated by a door), kitchen and bathroom. They have one double bed in one room and two connected single beds (or two sofa beds) in the other room. If the apartment is booked by five people, another extra bed, wooden construction and standard dimensions are added. The kitchen in the apartments is fully equipped with the necessary utensils. It has a stove with two hobs, oven, microwave, large refrigerator, toaster and coffee maker. Towels are not provided, and linen change is done in agreement with the owner. Guests maintain their own hygiene in the apartments. All apartments have TV, mosquito nets, hair dryer, WiFi (the owner says that the signal can sometimes be weaker in the front apartments, so guests usually go down to the yard to have a better signal). The apartments are comfortable (about 40m2) and in a good location, so they are suitable for families with children. There is one parking space in the yard behind the house for each apartment, and the cars are covered with tarpaulins. In the back of the yard there is a lot of greenery that creates shade. There are deck chairs, a table and benches, as well as a space where children play. An electric grill is at guests ’disposal, and there is a shower in the yard. The owners give guests two deck chairs, two folding chairs, a small table and a parasol that they can take to the beach. Also, three bicycles and one canoe are available to guests free of charge. In the immediate vicinity of the building there are markets and bakeries. Not far from the accommodation is the amusement park, but it does not make a lot of noise, and it does not work until late at night. It is about 200m away from the beach and it leads you downhill (uphill in return :)) as well as to most of the accommodation in Kallithea. The accommodation has 23 studios, 8 of which have sea views. As soon as you step into the accommodation, you come across a very pleasant ambience in the lobby and friendly owners. The accommodation is very neat and clean. Of the studios, there are double and triple and only two quadruple, one with a double bed and a bunk bed, and the other with a double and two singles.
