The beach, which is 80 m away from the accommodation, has a gradual entrance to the water and a very long shallow, which is especially suitable for children. We offer two apartments (70m2) located on the ground floor and intended for a maximum of five adults. They have a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Apartment No. 1 has one double bed in the bedrooms, while the living room has a sofa for one person. Apartment No. 2 has a double bed in one bedroom, two single beds in the second bedroom, and a sofa for one person in the living room. A baby cot is available upon request and within the price. In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have at their disposal free WiFi internet, TV, hair dryer, iron, as well as an equipped kitchen with a large fridge with freezer, kettle, coffee maker and toaster in both apartments. In one apartment there is a stove with two hotplates and a small oven, while in the other apartment there is a stove with four hotplates, a large oven and a microwave oven. The apartments share a courtyard, but each apartment has a separate seating area and its own privacy with a view of nature. There is also a private barbecue in the yard in front of apartment No. 1. Pets are allowed in this accommodation, with prior agreement and without additional fees. Guests enter clean accommodation and are responsible for cleaning themselves during their stay. For stays shorter than 10 days, a clean set of bed linen and towels is available, which guests change themselves, while for stays longer than 10 days, bed linen and towels are changed halfway through the stay. There is a possibility of laundry service, which is included in the price. Guests are not provided with a parking space, but you can usually find a place on the street, in front of the accommodation. Built on 20 ares and right on the coast among olive trees, it overlooks the Aegean Sea that stretches south of the plot. When you take a small path through the plot, visitors immediately come out on a small beach with crystal clear water. Pine trees pay tribute to the beauty of the Aegean, while the location offers unique conditions for a vacation. For those who like summer sports, the place is ideal for fishing and diving. Our House 2 consists of 2 houses. Aegean House - bungalow of 70m2, can accommodate 4 adults and 2 children. It consists of 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living room with TV and fireplace, ideal not only for summer, but also for winter holidays. It has a large terrace with a beautiful panoramic view of the Aegean Sea and lush greenery. Olive House - a bungalow of 25m2, can accommodate 2 people and consists of a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and is ideal for a summer holiday. Parking is possible near the facility, usually there are enough spaces. Cleaning, as well as changing of bed linen and towels is done every 3 days

This private house, decorated in a traditional Greek style, has two separate rooms, a courtyard with a view of the sea and a private parking lot. The town center is 2 km away, and the market is 1.6 km away. Lidl in Nea Iraklitsa is 2.3km from the accommodation. The nearest beach is 200m away, while the famous Amolofi beach is 9km away. The house in question is on the upper ground floor and can accommodate up to five people (four adults and one child). Accommodation of 70m2 consists of two separate bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and the other two single beds, a living room with a sofa for one person, equipped kitchen and bathroom. It has a balcony with a view of the sea and the street, on which there is a sofa. Internet, TV, air conditioning in the living room, washing machine, hair dryer, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with four hotplates and a large oven, a large fridge with freezer, a toaster, a kettle and a coffee machine are available. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain. Guests enter clean accommodation and take care of their own hygiene during their stay. The accommodation is spread over three levels, which include the ground floor, first and second floors. The capacity is designed for a maximum of six people, i.e. four adults and two or three children, whereby the third child can be a baby for whom a cot is available. The building is fully air-conditioned, with air conditioning in every room. On the middle level there is a spacious living room with a dining room, kitchen and toilet, which leads to a spacious balcony with seating. On the floor above there are two bedrooms with one double bed each, while the third bedroom has a single bed on the platform and a sofa for one person, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub.
