The hotel is located in the beautiful and traditional village of Milina in south Pelion, 80 km away from Volos airport. One of the most idyllic and beautiful coastal towns in the bay of Pagasitic is Milina, located about 50km from Volos. The villas are located in a beautiful olive grove and provide the perfect choice for your accommodation in Milina because it is located in a very quiet and beautiful part of the resort called Agios Andreas. Owner's description In Violeta's apartments and studios in Milina, guests are welcome from April to October and are a great choice for a pleasant holiday or short break. We offer two apartments and five studios. All accommodation units have a kitchen with a fridge and a two-burner stove for preparing light meals. Dishes and utensils are provided, as well as towels and bed linen. The veranda offers a beautiful view of Pagasitik Bay with its small islands. We are located in the village of Milina in South Pilion, at a distance of 50 km from Volos, in a convenient location in front of the sea, surrounded by enchanting landscapes. Apartment no. 1 for 4-5 persons (44m2 + outdoor passage of 12m2 + terrace of 110m2): This apartment is located on the first floor and has two bedrooms, a small kitchen with dining area and a small bathroom with shower. The bedrooms have one double and one single bed. The window offers a beautiful sea view. This apartment has a large terrace (110m2) with garden furniture and sea views. Studio Br. 2 and 4 for 2-3 persons (30m2 + balcony of 8m2): Both studios are located on the first floor and have a living room with kitchenette, bathroom with shower, one double and one single bed, balcony with garden furniture and unobstructed views the sea. Studio Br. 3 for two people (22m2 + balcony of 4m2): This studio is located on the first floor and has a living room with mini kitchen, two single beds, balcony with garden furniture and unobstructed sea view. Studio Br. 5 for 3-4 persons (24m2 + balcony of 8m2): This studio is located on the first floor and has a living room with mini kitchen, bathroom with shower, one double and one single bed, balcony with garden furniture and unobstructed sea view. Studio Br. 6 for four people (43m2 + balcony of 14m2): This apartment is located on the second floor. It has two bedrooms with two single beds, separate mini kitchen, bathroom with shower, balcony with garden furniture and unobstructed sea view. Cleaning, as well as change of bed linen and towels, is done twice a week. At a distance of 30m there are several taverns and a mini-market. The Miline Center is 900 meters away and offers all the amenities for your daily needs. Down the boulevard you have the opportunity to try local specialties and fresh fish or relax with a refreshing drink. During the summer months, the village hosts several festivals with music and dance content, when visitors can enjoy drinking cipuro. This 2 story house has 6 residential units , four of them with sea views and two with mountain views. All apartments are modern equipped, clean and well maintained. The beach is just 20 meters from the apartments. In the area you can find a lot of shops Cafes and Taverns. The friendly homeowner couple always taking care of their guests and strives to ensure that nothing is missing .
