If you want quality and luxurious accommodation that provides comfort and privacy in Potos, away from the city crowd, and 3-4 minutes from all facilities, Scandia Villas is certainly one of the best choices. The accommodation is located 500-600m from the center and about 650m from the city beach in Potos. This complex was built in 2012 and consists of three buildings (70m2). Two ground floor apartments and three maisonettes are available. The terraces are very spacious with a total area of about 30m2. There are two apartments (48m2) on the lower ground floor. Each has a living room with a kitchen and a sofa bed for two people. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a stove with an oven. From the living room there is a terrace with seating. There is a double bed in the bedroom, with the possibility of adding an extra bed. On the high ground floor is the entrance to the maisonette (apartment on two levels, about 60m2). On the ground floor there is a living room with a sofa bed for two people, a kitchen and a bathroom without a shower. On the first floor there is one bedroom with a double bed, another with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower. The bedrooms have access to a common balcony. Accommodation units have an equipped kitchen, bathroom, large terraces, air conditioning, satellite TV, WiFi, mosquito nets, hair dryer and iron. Cleaning, changing of bed linen and towels is done once a week. The yard is beautifully landscaped and has a brick barbecue that is available to guests. Each villa has two parking spaces. Pets up to 15 kg are allowed. At the central intersection in Potos, turn left past the Luna Park, and drive straight for another 600m towards Teologos. You will see Scandia Villas on the right side, there is a sign on the road. It is ideal for families with children or couples who want more comfort.
