As of the 2023 season, three new maisonettes have been built that have a view of the pool and the sea and are located on the first floor of the house next to the pool. As of the 2024 season, there is another building by the pool, offering the same accommodations as the facility that was built in 2023. All accommodation units have air conditioning, TV, mosquito nets, kitchenette, internet, bathroom and terrace (some of them do not have a screen separating them). Change of bed linen and towels, as well as cleaning, is done every five days. The yard is beautifully decorated and exudes a family atmosphere. Next to the pool there is a bar where you can pay for a continental breakfast and drink a drink. A barbecue is available on request. You can use the sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach with an ordered drink or coffee. The beach has both sandy and rocky parts, and is usually uncrowded. It is located 400 meters from the center of Potos with shops, bakeries, pastry shops, souvenir shops and everything you need, and it is 500 meters from the beach. Doukas Studios has three floors and consists of comfortable and spacious rooms, which can accommodate 2-5 people. There are five studios and three apartments. Studios (20m2) are distributed on each floor, apartments (30m2) on the first and second floors, and the five-bed apartment is on the first floor. It is located in a quiet part of Potos, 7-8 minutes' walk from the city center and all facilities, as well as 10 minutes' walk from the sandy beach. One two-bed, three-bed and four-bed studio each have been renovated, all other units are unrenovated. On the first floor there are a four-bed studio with two single beds and a bunk bed, a double room with two joined single beds and a three-bed studio with two single beds and a sofa bed. On the second floor, there are three remaining three-bed studios, one of which has three single beds, and the other two have two single beds and a sofa bed. All units have a terrace and street view. The water is heated by an electric boiler, not by solar panels, so you will certainly not have problems with hot water. You can see from the pictures that the owners have really made an effort to make the accommodation look nice and well equipped. Coming from the direction of Limenaria, at the central intersection near the Luna Park, turn left and drive straight for another 250m. The house is located on the right side of the street. The sea view is beautiful. If necessary, a cot for a baby can be added to the apartment. On the third floor (20m2) there is a studio with a large terrace and a fantastic view of the sea and taverns on the coast. The studio has two single beds, one folding armchair and one extra bed that can be inserted as needed. It is modernly decorated, and the kitchen is fully equipped and has a small oven. The bathroom has a small bathtub with a sitting area and a curtain. Both units have internet access, equipped kitchen, hairdryer, safe, are air-conditioned, have a bathroom and a balcony with a view of the sea. The building does not have a yard. Near the villa by the sea, there is a free public parking lot. When you enter Potos from the direction of Limenaria, immediately after the Aleksandra Beach Hotel, turn right and drive along the promenade towards the beach. The villa is located opposite the jewelry store and next to the Easy Riders bike rental. If you want accommodation in the heart of the city, right on the promenade and the beach, Potos Rooms can be an excellent choice.
