Parking is free and very close to the accommodation, which allows guests to, if they wish, travel by car from the accommodation to any part of Sithonia. In the center of Nikiti, about 300m from the accommodation, guests can enjoy numerous traditional taverns, handicraft shops and cafes. Among the ways of leisure in the immediate vicinity, special mention is made of hiking to the viewpoint with a panoramic view of the whole of Sithonia, a visit to the beautiful Kalamitsi beach at about 58 km, boat trips to the island of Diaporos, wine tasting in local wineries, as well as a tour of the archaeological remains of ancient Torona. The Itamos mountain massif, ideal for cycling and hiking, is about 20 km away, and the small port of Neos Marmaras is about 25 km away. Macedonia Airport in Thessaloniki is about 88 km away and from there it is very quick to reach Nikiti, which is especially convenient for guests coming from distant destinations.

House Evelen is located a five-minute walk from the beach and a little less than the center. Modern and beautifully decorated studios are ideal for couples, possibly three-member families. The terrace of the studio on the first floor offers a wonderful view of the sea and Sarta. It is located just above the highway, 300 m from the center and 400 m from the sandy beach. Although at first glance it seems far away, all facilities and the sea can be reached very quickly. It has two studios on the first floor and one studio on the ground floor, which were renovated in 2022. The other four studios in the same house, two on the ground floor and two on the first floor, belong to another owner, namely Evelen studios. The studios are three-bedded (16 m2) and have a double bed, and there is also a drawer bed with the dimensions of a single bed that can be pulled out from under the double bed. Balconies are about 5 m2. The studios on the first floor have a panoramic view of Sarti and the beach, while the studios on the ground floor have their own courtyard and a slightly worse view of the sea, but they definitely have it. All studios have a small kitchen, air conditioning (extra charge), internet and TV. Bathrooms are also small, with an enclosed shower area and curtain in upstairs studios, and a glass partition in downstairs studios. Bed linen and towels are changed halfway through the stay. Next to the house there is a barbecue area with a table and chairs. There is also a private parking lot. House rules are from 3:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. and from 11:30 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Coming from the direction of Vourvourou, you will see the accommodation on the right side of the highway, 250 m after entering Sarti. Evelen House is a good choice for anyone who wants decent accommodation at good prices. It is suitable for couples or families with small children who are not demanding.

Glifoneri Seaside House is a holiday house located right on the seafront by Glifoneri beach, in Pahis, on the island of Thassos. Located in a very pleasant and peaceful environment, this accommodation facility is well equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Guests have the entire house and all the space at their disposal, which provides complete privacy and freedom. The beach in front of the accommodation is sandy and very small, with a long shallow and lots of natural shade. In the hinterland of the beach there is a restaurant, whose sunbeds can be rented at a good price. Not far from the house there is a supermarket, a pharmacy and a gas station. The veranda equipped with seating, from which you enter the house, is located on the high ground floor (four steps above the level of the yard), it is fenced and has a beautiful view of the sea. The building has mosquito nets on the windows, a comfortable living room with a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other has two single beds for two children (drawer bed). The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with a stove with an oven, a dishwasher, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave oven, a coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle, as well as all the necessary utensils and dishes for eating and cooking. The bathroom has a bathtub and a hair dryer as well as a washing machine. The facility is air-conditioned, has WiFi internet and a flat-screen TV with Netflix. A baby cot is available on request, and pets are not allowed. The yard is fenced and very pleasant, with tall pine trees that provide plenty of natural shade. An outdoor shower, seating, deckchairs and swings are at guests' disposal. There is enough parking space in front of the building. The facility offers nine accommodation units: one economy room (20m2), five double rooms with a view of the sea (17-20m2), two double rooms with a view of the courtyard (26m2) and one double penthouse (24m2). There is an economy room on the ground floor, while double rooms with a sea view and rooms with a street view are located on the ground floor, first and second floors. On the last, third floor, there is a penthouse, which is also the only unit on that level. The room is entered directly from the elevator with high security measures, the balcony offers an open view, and there is also an outdoor jacuzzi on it. All rooms are equipped with one double bed. All accommodation units are air-conditioned and have a TV, safe, mosquito nets, hairdryer, electric kettle, coffee maker and mini-bar. There are no kitchens or stoves in the rooms. All mattresses and pillows are Coco-mat brand, and guests have a choice of feather or coconut pillows. Pets weighing up to 4 kg are allowed. Rooms are cleaned and towels are changed daily, while bed linen is changed every other day. Private parking for all guests is provided and is located at a distance of about 250 meters from the accommodation. It is important to note that the street leading to the parking lot is closed to traffic after 6:00 p.m. and becomes a pedestrian zone, so it is not possible to access the parking lot by car during that period. The accommodation units are modernly designed, equipped with new furniture and have everything you need for a pleasant vacation. This accommodation is located in Skala Potamija, about 270m from the beach and 1km from the town center. The nearest market is about 400m away. The facility was built in 2018 and offers six studios (three on the upper ground floor and three on the first floor). Two units located on the upper ground floor are available for online booking. These studios have an area of ​​18m2 and are equipped with a double bed. Both accommodation units have TV, air conditioning, equipped kitchen, private bathroom and balcony. Internet access is also available to guests. Cleaning is done every day except Saturday, while bed linen and towels are changed every three days. The yard is large, and considering that the accommodation is new, the owners are planning further exterior decoration to make the stay even more pleasant. The accommodation does not have a private parking lot, but in the immediate vicinity of the building and in the surrounding streets, you can find enough space for parking vehicles. To reach this accommodation from the direction of Limenas, it is best to turn left at Hotel Korina and drive straight until you reach Stella and Asmaton Mouses studios. They will be on your left. Turn left again there, continue straight, then turn right into the first street. On the left you will see the Aphrodite II facility. If you are looking for new accommodation in a quiet location, but close to the beach, Afrodite II can be an excellent choice for you.

It is about 500m from the center, and about 150m from the nearest store and bakery. There are six two-bed studios (22m2) in the offer, which each have two single beds joined together. Three are on the first floor, three on the second floor, and in the basement there is one three-bed studio (2+1) which has one double bed with a pull-out bed underneath. All studios are air-conditioned, have TV, internet and mosquito nets. The kitchens are equipped with the necessary utensils, they have a cooker, a stove with two hotplates and a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment. There is a shower cabin in the bathrooms and a hair dryer is also available to the guests. If necessary, the owner can add a cot for babies. Pets are not allowed. Change of towels and bed linen, as well as cleaning of accommodation units, is every three days. The disadvantage of this accommodation is that it does not have a private parking lot, so in the season there may be a problem with parking, but there is a public parking lot at a distance of about 500 m. The easiest way to get to the accommodation is if you turn towards Sarti by the soccer field, then turn left into the street that is in the second row from the sea and drive another 350m where you will see the Spanos accommodation on the right. If you want a comfortable vacation, in nicely decorated accommodation, close to the beach and all other amenities, Spanos House can be a good choice.
