Opis smeštaja Thalassies Studios je povoljan i skroman smeštaj u Limenariji. Osim Thalassies Studios, vlasnici upravljaju hotelima Thalassies i Thalassies Nouveau, čiji bazen mogu da koriste i gosti studija, a takođe, u hotelu mogu da uplate doručak ili polupansion. Čišćenje se obavlja svakodnevno, peškiri se menjaju na dva, a posteljina na tri dana. Dvorište je lepo uređeno, sa travnjakom i bazenom. It is suitable for families with children as it is near all amenities. Small city beach is 150m away. The nearest supermarket is 100m away, and there are the first tavernas and cafes. The accommodation is renovated in 2016. and it offers two apartments for four persons. Both apartments (30m2) are on the ground floor with access from the street and have views to the neighboring buildings. The bedroom has one double bed, while the living room has a sofa bed and an equipped kitchen. Both rooms are air-conditioned. Apartments have TV, safe, WiFi internet, mosquito nets and hairdryer. Cleaning, as well as changing towels and linen are done every four days. You can find a parking space in the nearby streets. Coming from the direction of Prinos, you should turn right 130m after the main intersection in Limenaria. Drive straight for another 60m and turn right again, after which you will see this accommodation on the left side (50m after the last turn). This accommodation is a good choice for all those who are looking for the apartment in the center of the town, close to all the shops and restaurants.

The owner speaks Serbian, which further facilitates communication and is always available to guests. The city beach and supermarket are only a few minutes away from the villa. The villa is 150m from the beach and the nearest shop, and 800m from the center of Limenaria. The building was built in 2015. There are two apartments, Ammos (42m2) and Thalassa (45m2), two studios Votsalo (34m2) and Kyma (32m2). The studios have a side view, and the apartments have a direct view of the sea. The studios have one double bed and a sofa for one person, while the apartments have one double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. Accommodation units are located on the ground floor. Apartments from the front, and studios from the sides of the house. The villa is about 300m from the center and the nearest shops are located there. It is about 800m to the beach. Villa Despina offers seven studios (five double and two triple). Double rooms have two single beds and a view of the street, while triple rooms have three single beds or one double bed and one single bed and are located on the other side of the house and overlook the courtyard. All accommodation units are on the first floor. In three two-bed and two three-bed studios, one extra bed can be inserted if necessary. All studios have air conditioning, kitchen, TV and wireless internet signal. The facility was built in 1990 and renovated in 2008. The studios are well maintained. The furniture is modest, wooden. All triple rooms are equipped with a French bed and a couch for one person. There are also four double rooms, each with a double bed. One of them has a view of the sea, is located on the first floor, on the corner of the building and has a circular terrace. The second room with a view of the mountain is located on the first floor, above the reception, and it also has a side view of the sea. The remaining two rooms have a view of the pool - one is on the upper ground floor and the other is on the ground floor. In the older building, located in a separate part of the courtyard with a separate gate, there are a total of six studios. Each studio, with an area of ​​35-40m², is equipped with one queen-size French bed, a couch for one person, with the possibility of adding an extra bed for a fourth person. Only these units have a fully equipped kitchen. Three studios with a view of the sea are located on the first floor, while the remaining three, with a view of the courtyard, are located on the ground floor. For the 2025 season, a new building was built next to the main building, which includes three rooms and one maisonette. On the first floor there is a maisonette and one three-bed room, while on the ground floor there are a two-bed room and another three-bed room. The maisonette (40m²) on the lower level has a sofa bed for two people and a bathroom, while on the upper level (which is not separated by a door) there is a double bed and a toilet. This unit has two balconies with mountain views. Triple rooms (20m²) are equipped with a double bed and a couch for one person, while the double room has a double bed. All rooms have mountain views. The units are air-conditioned and have TV, internet, hairdryer, safe, mosquito nets, fridge, kettle and toaster. Only the studios have a kitchen with a stove. The terraces are small and separate. Meals are prepared and served in the restaurant of the Molos Hotel, which is owned by the same company and is located near La Feyra accommodation. In the beautiful, fenced yard, there are sofas, a swimming pool with a separate area for children and associated sunbeds, as well as a summer house with an outdoor area for sitting in the shade. Private parking is available to guests of the accommodation. Cleaning is done daily. Towels are changed every two days, and bed linen every three. We are happy to recommend it to families with children. The apartment is located about 150m from the beach, in the heart of Limenaria. The apartment is a duplex on the ground floor and is suitable for a maximum of eight people (seven adults and one child). It is located within the house where the owners live, so you can be sure that your vacation will pass in the best way, because the owners are wonderful, and the fact that the owner is from Serbia can give you security. It has been renovated for the 2016 season. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. The apartment has an area of ​​70m2. It consists of a spacious living room, a dining room with a large kitchen and a dining table. The kitchen contains refrigerator with freezer and stove with flat plate and oven. There are two bedrooms in the apartment. One has a double bed (dimensions 160x200), and the other has two separate single beds (dimensions 90x200) that can be joined if necessary. In the living room there are two sofas that can be stretched out if necessary. Also, the apartment contains Total TV with 300 channels, including national channels from Serbia. When coming from the direction of Limenas, before the Triade Hotel, you will see a street that goes diagonally to the left immediately after the bridge. The approach is steep, but only a few meters. When you turn there, the road leads you further to a spacious place where you can park your vehicle, if you come with your own transport, and this beautiful apartment is right there. This apartment has been rented out since the summer of 2016, so everything is new, and the proximity to the beach and the equipment of this apartment, along with the owner's smile and constant presence, will definitely make your vacation better.

The third room overlooks the street and does not have a separate terrace, but uses the common one from which you enter the apartment. It also has a French bed and a sofa bed. Rooms with an armchair also have their own small fridge. It is not possible to insert an extra bed. From the 2018 season, another 30m2 studio is offered. It is located on the ground floor and has a view of the sea. In the sleeping area, which is partially separated, there is a double bed, while in the living room there is a sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped and has a large fridge and stove. There is a shower cabin in the bathroom. Cleaning is done after the departure of the guests, and the guests themselves change the towels and bed linen during their stay. They get clean sets that they can use. In front of the accommodation, on a street with little traffic, there is enough parking space for all guests. Accommodation is located in Limenaria. Coming from the direction of Prinos, continue straight towards Potos for another 350m after the main intersection and turn right before the church. The accommodation was built in 2016. The owners are offering two studios on the upper ground floor, which are located at the back of the house and overlook the parking lot and yard. The studios are spacious (30-33m2) and have a double bed and a pull-out sofa, an equipped kitchen with a stove and a large or small refrigerator, as well as a bathroom with a shower. They are equipped in a very modern way, and it is possible to insert an extra bed or a cot for a baby. Only in old studios it is possible to add a fifth extra bed. On offer from the 2018 season are three more studios from the front of the house. One studio has an area of ​​26m2, one French bed 180cm wide and a sofa bed. It is located at the front of the house, as is the studio with a smaller French bed (width 160 cm) in which only an extra bed or a cot can be inserted. It has an area of ​​24m2. On the side of the villa there is a third studio of 25m2 with a double bed 170cm wide and a sofa bed. Families with two children can stay in studios with sofas (width 150 cm). All three units are located a few steps above the level of the courtyard (high ground floor), have a shower cabin, their own terrace and an equipped kitchen with a small refrigerator, a kettle and a stove. The owners are very nice people who rent three more accommodations that you can find in our offer. You can also buy homemade olive oil and honey from them. Private parking for guests of the two older studios is located at the back of the house with two covered spaces, while other guests can park their vehicles on the lot next to the accommodation, which belongs to the same owners. Accommodation is located in Limenaria. Coming from the direction of Prinos, turn left at the main intersection and continue on that road for another 300m, and then turn left after the little bridge. The road will bring you to the Vintage Suites gate located on the right side of the street. The owner chose the furniture himself, looking for antiques. He carved stone sculptures and decorated the walls with shells collected from the sea, in order to arrange and decorate the accommodation in a unique way. We offer three suite apartments with two rooms (47m2) and seven studios (24m2). Apartment (A5) is adapted for guests with disabilities. It is smaller than the others, has two French beds, a customized bathroom and an equipped kitchen, and there is a ramp at the entrance. An auxiliary, fifth bed can be added without extra charge. The other two suite apartments (B4 and A3) are located on the first floor and have a view of the mountain, two French beds and a sofa bed. With an extra charge, a sixth bed can be inserted into them.
