Upstairs is a large four bedroom suite, perfect for a larger party or two families traveling together. It is designed for up to eight people and contains three bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds. The apartment also has two bathrooms. On the ground floor there are two modern apartments, each with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, ideal for up to four people. Both apartments have French beds in the bedrooms. All apartments are equipped with air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi internet, hair dryer and baby cot available on request. Kitchens are fully equipped - apartments on the ground floor have a large fridge with freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, two hotplates and a microwave oven, while the apartment on the first floor additionally has a large oven, four hotplates and a dishwasher. Apartments on the ground floor have a sitting area right in front of the entrance, while the apartment on the first floor has a balcony with a partial view of the sea. Pets are not allowed. The facility has a private parking lot with capacity for four vehicles. The apartment is cleaned every seven days, with bed linen changed, while towels are changed every three days. We offer one apartment with a sea view. Its surface is 50m2. There is only this apartment in the house, so guests have access to the entire yard. It has a barbecue, deckchairs, as well as a table and chairs for sitting. Guests can take the sunbeds to the nearest beach, but they must be returned to the yard when they are no longer in use. The apartment has two joined single beds in the bedroom, while there is a double bed in the living room. The kitchen is separate and equipped. It has a small oven, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee machine, a hot plate and a small fridge. From the kitchen you enter the bathroom with a shower tub with a curtain. An extra bed can be added if needed. Cleaning, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every three days. An agreement with the owner on this matter is also possible. Towels and bed linen are available, so guests can change them themselves. The villa has a spacious yard. A parking space is provided for guests on the dirt road in front of the villa. Coming from the direction of Prinos, 240m after the center of Skala Kalirahi you will see a house on the right side of the road. On the west coast of Thassos, next to the sea, 1 km from the center of Skala Kalirahi, there is accommodation Avgoustos Beach House. In the past, these houses were used by fishermen, but now they have been renovated and are an ideal choice for romantics and those who like to wake up to the sound of the sea. This studio is located on the ground floor and contains a double bed and two single beds, so its maximum capacity is four people. Air conditioning, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi internet, hair dryer, kitchen with a large fridge with freezer, two hotplates, kettle and coffee machine are at guests' disposal. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain. Guests can enjoy a direct view of the blue sea on the veranda equipped with seating. An outdoor shower is also available. The beach is right in front of the accommodation, a few steps away. There are stones at the entrance to the sea, and then sand. The owners made a sandy passage to the sea, where the shallows with a sandy bottom begin. Four deckchairs and a parasol are available to guests. Pets are allowed in this accommodation. Guests enter a clean accommodation, and during their stay they themselves maintain the hygiene of the space. Final cleaning, which is mandatory for all reservations, is charged €40. During the stay it is possible to pay 10€ for additional cleaning. Guests receive clean bed linen and towels for three days. The accommodation can be rented throughout the year because there is a fireplace for heating in the winter. Guests can park their vehicle at the back of the building, next to the road. If you like privacy on vacation, proximity to the sea, beautiful sunsets, listening to the sound of waves from your room, Avgoustos Beach House is an excellent choice. The distance from the nearest airport, located in Kavala, is 48 km - this is a route that includes ferry transportation between Keramoti and Limenas.

Klisma Beach House is a beautifully decorated accommodation located right on the beach, which offers its visitors everything they need for a peaceful vacation. It is a house where you would be the only guests, with a fully equipped and large kitchen and a spacious veranda with a fantastic view of the sea. The accommodation is located on the beach in Skala Kalirahi, and guests have sunbeds and umbrellas at their disposal. This house (60m2) is actually a duplex apartment, that is, a unit with two separate bedrooms that can host six people. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other has two single beds. In the living room, where there is also a kitchen, there is a sofa bed for two people. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped, so you can find a stove with an oven and four hotplates, a microwave oven, a kettle, a coffee machine and a dishwasher. The refrigerator is large, with a freezer. The accommodation unit has access to wireless internet, three air conditioners, TV, hair dryer and mosquito nets. On the veranda, from where there is an unreal view of the sea that only completes the experience, there is a sofa set. There is also a brick barbecue that guests can use. The yard is fenced and small, but decorated with beautiful flowers and greenery. There is no private parking, so you can leave your vehicle next to the accommodation. Towels and bed linen are changed every five days, and guests are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay. Klisma Beach House is really ideal accommodation for guests who want the beach right in front of them and have complete privacy. In addition, it has a great view of the sea. Accommodation is very easy to get to. If you disembarked in Limenas, continue on the main road towards Potos. After passing the places of Pahis, Skala Rahoni, Skala Prinos and Prinos, and Skala Sotiros, you come across Skala Kalirahi. On the west side (toward the beach) there is an outdoor seating area with a wooden roof that gives you deep shade. From there you can enjoy a spectacular view of the local pebbly beach. You can even hear the sounds of the waves hitting the shore. However, what you will enjoy the most is the feeling of the fresh Aegean breeze on your face. No matter how hot the day is, you won't feel it in this seating area. You might even need a jacket at times! It's so pleasantly fresh! If lying in the shade under our wooden roof is not enough for you, you only need to walk another 4 meters to the pine-shaded beach. There, under the natural shade of the pines, is a completely different season; the temperature reminds you more of spring than summer. Here you will never have to worry about the heat. Guests have access to the entire facility and all outdoor space, which provides complete privacy and freedom. The beach in front of the accommodation is almost private, narrow and pebbly. The property is located a few steps above the level of the coast, and the accommodation has a maximum capacity for up to four people. The apartment has a comfortable living room with kitchen and dining room, separate bedroom and bathroom. In the bedroom, there is a French bed slightly larger than the standard size, as well as a flat screen TV. In the living room there is a sofa bed, which when unfolded is the size of a French bed. The house has three bedrooms, one room has a double bed, the second room has a narrower double bed, while the third room has two joined single beds, there is the possibility of adding an extra bed and it can accommodate up to 5 adults and one child.
