Fotini House is a brand new villa, fantastically furnished, with comfortable studios and terraces. It is a newly built building, very modern and well decorated. It is a few minutes walk from the beach and the center and is in a good location because it is in the old part of Sarti, close to all amenities, and yet a little outside the center and noise. The kitchen is fully equipped for meal preparation and in addition to the basic utensils for that there is also a toaster, electric kettle and the like. Guests are provided with free wireless internet signal, and the terraces are comfortable with awnings. Distance from the beach is about 150-200m. The rooms are very clean and maintained. Our description Iliadis House is located in the center of Sarti, about 80m from the beach. The building was built in 1974, and in 2007 it was completely renovated. There are two five-bed apartments with two bedrooms each. In one bedroom they have a double bed, in the other two single beds connected and another single bed. Double studios have either two single beds or one double bed, triple studios have one double bed and one single bed. All accommodation units have cable TV, air conditioning, internet, kitchen and bathroom. If you need it, the owners can give you a hair dryer to use. Accommodation units located on the ground floor have shared terraces. Next to the building there is a private parking lot with ten parking spaces. Bed linen and towels are changed every four days. Our description Very nice and new villa, with friendly owners. It is close to the beach, just a few minutes walk, but in a quiet place, so it is an ideal choice for a holiday in Sarti. The furniture is of good quality, the accommodation units are very nice and clean. There are mosquito nets on the windows and doors, and in some units there is an oven, and in others there is a microwave oven. Only one studio has a sea view, but that is why the roof veranda has a fantastic view of the sea and the city, it is excellently decorated and created for enjoying socializing, reading or relaxing in general.
