Lucky Rooms is located in the very center of Potos, about 200 meters from the beach, in a pedestrian street in the immediate vicinity of all the facilities that the resort offers. The building was partially renovated this year. It has a total of five studios - three double and two triple. All are located on the first floor. The studios are decorated simply and functionally, and each of them has a kitchenette with two hotplates, a cooker, a standard refrigerator and dishes for preparing meals. Coffee machine is only available in triple studios. All studios have air conditioning, TV, wireless internet, hair dryer and exit to the balcony. The bathrooms are standard, with a shower without a curtain or with a curtain, depending on the unit. Cleaning is done daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every three days. Upon request, a baby cot is also available to guests. Pets are allowed with prior notice. Guests can pay extra for breakfast at the Potos Hotel, which is located a few steps from Lucky Rooms. The accommodation does not have private parking, but there is a large free public parking lot 100m from the accommodation, on the main street. Coming from the direction of Limenaria, right at the beginning of Potos after the Alexandra Beach Hotel, you will see a street that branches off from the main road on the right. Drive it for about 150m and you will see the Lucky Rooms accommodation on the right side of the road. The villa is a few tens of meters away from the nearest shops, market and bakery, and about 200 meters from the city beach. Lucky Rooms is a good choice for couples and smaller families who want to spend their summer in the center of the action, while being far enough away from the noise, as there are no cafes nearby.

On the ground floor of the building there is a four-bed apartment of 60 m², suitable for two adults and two children. The apartment has two French balconies with a view of the street, and in front of the entrance there is a small sitting area with two chairs and a table, which is not fenced off but is practically located on the promenade. On the first floor there is an apartment with two bedrooms (90m²), intended for up to four adults and two children. Both bedrooms have double beds, and the living room has a sofa for two. All three rooms have access to a long but narrow balcony that also overlooks the street. In the apartment on the ground floor, the bathroom has a shower with a glass screen, without a bathtub, but only with tiles in the shower area, while the duplex has a bathroom with a shower and a glass partition. In both accommodation units, if necessary, the owners can add an extra bed. All rooms in the apartment are air-conditioned, and guests have at their disposal a TV, internet, hairdryer, mosquito nets, a cot, which is available on request, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge and freezer, hotplates, kettle and toaster, and only the duplex apartment has an oven and a coffee maker. Pets are not allowed. Accommodation units are cleaned every three days, while towels and bed linen are changed on request. This accommodation is located in Potos, 420m from the city beach. It offers two apartments - one for four people and with one separate bedroom, and the other with two separate bedrooms, which can accommodate up to six people. Both apartments are located on the ground floor. Four-bed apartment number 1 has a double bed in the bedroom, while the living room has a sofa bed for two people. Six-bed apartment number 2 has a double bed in one bedroom, and two separate single beds in the other. In the living room there is a sofa bed for two people. Both accommodation units have an equipped kitchen where you can find a toaster, a coffee maker and an electric kettle. There are mosquito nets on the windows, and air conditioning is available to guests. In front of each entrance to the apartment there is a sitting area on the veranda (everyone has their own part), with a table and chairs. Guests can park their vehicle in front of the apartment. The first market is about 300m away, while the nearest Argiropoulos bakery and pastry shop is also 300m away. The offer includes three completely new studios, which will receive guests for the first time in 2025. Two four-bed studios (numbers 11 and 12) are located on the ground floor of a multi-story building, while the third, two-bed studio, is located on the ground floor in the same courtyard. Four-bed studios of 22-24m² have one double bed and one fold-out sofa suitable for two more children. The double studio (16m2) has two single beds that are joined and can be separated if necessary. All studios are modernly decorated and equipped with air conditioning, TV, safe, hair dryer, as well as Wi-Fi internet. The kitchens in all studios are functional and include cutlery, a basic set of dishes, pans, a macaroni strainer, an espresso machine, as well as an electric coffee maker. Note: for safety reasons, frying is not allowed in the rooms, so a frying pan is not available. The apartment (about 85m) is located on the ground floor of a family house and can accommodate a maximum of eight people, i.e. four adults and four children up to 12 years old. It consists of two separate bedrooms with double beds, living rooms with two sofa beds (suitable for two smaller children per sofa), as well as separate, fully equipped kitchens. The kitchen includes a large fridge-freezer, four-burner stove, toaster, microwave and filter coffee maker. Internet, two air conditioners (one in each bedroom), TV, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, as well as mosquito nets on the windows are available to the guests. The apartment has a spacious terrace with a table and chairs. The accommodation is 700m from the city beach in Potos, while the hotel beach Alexandra Beach is 500m away. The first market is 500m from the accommodation. The bungalow (60m2) is located on the ground floor, it is very spacious, it has two bedrooms and a living room. There is a double bed in one bedroom, and two bunk beds in the other. There is another double bed in the living room. The accommodation has two terraces, one can be accessed from one of the bedrooms, and the other from the living room. It is suitable for four adults and two children. The kitchen is fully equipped as in real households, it has an oven, and a washing machine is also available to guests. The bungalow has a great veranda for enjoying the shade, wireless internet, hairdryer, mosquito nets and air conditioning. Towels and bed linen are changed every five days, when general cleaning is also done. If you want, you can maintain more regular hygiene yourself, because there are necessary tools and accessories for that. After about 400m you will see a sign with the inscription Sotiria, in the yard of which Despina House is located. The house is on the right side of the street (across from Villa Laskarina), at the bottom of the courtyard, so it is not easy to spot it from the street. We offer two apartments and one studio. Apartment Villas Brilante Lux is located on the first floor and overlooks the courtyard. There is one double bed in one bedroom, while in the living room there is a corner sofa and an extra bed (which can be added as needed) and another double bed in the second bedroom. The bedroom opens onto a shared terrace overlooking the olive groves. The kitchen is equipped and has a large refrigerator and a stove with an oven. The bathroom is small and does not have an enclosed shower, only tiles. Capacity is up to 8 people (five adults and three children). Cleaning, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every fifth day. In the yard, guests have at their disposal a large set for sitting in the shade, a fountain and a barbecue. Private parking is provided. Pets are welcome. The owner is a very hard-working, kind, temperamental and accommodating Greek woman. You will have at your disposal her garden with vegetables, and often a good dish from traditional Greek cuisine. The yard is reminiscent of yards in rural households, so if you don't care about luxurious accommodation, but rather a villa where you will feel at home in the countryside, with lots of privacy and a relaxed atmosphere, Despina House could be a good choice. It is only a few minutes' walk from the center and the hustle and bustle, and it is very close to all amenities, shops, restaurants, promenades and the beach.
