Kalderimi Studio & Apartment is a traditional house located in the mountain village of Sotiras on the island of Thassos. It is located near a public parking lot and a local tavern and is an ideal retreat for lovers of nature and peace, where guests can quickly feel at home. The nearest beach is located in Skala Sotiras, about 3 km away. Due to the cascading construction and the slope of the terrain, the studio is on one side in the basement, while the entrance to the accommodation unit is on the ground floor level. The studio can host up to three people and is equipped with a double bed and a sofa. The apartment has an entrance on the ground floor, while the back side is on the first floor. It consists of two bedrooms with double beds and can accommodate up to four adults. Both accommodation units are air-conditioned and have TV, internet and hair dryer. The kitchens are equipped with a large refrigerator, two hotplates, a toaster and a coffee maker. A baby cot is available on request. The studio has a private veranda, while the apartment has a balcony. Both units offer a view of the mountain, as well as a partial view of the sea in the distance. Public parking is located about 180 meters from the building. Pets are not allowed. Change of bed linen and towels, as well as cleaning of accommodation units, is done every three days.
