Our description Corali Luxury Villas is a complex of luxury penthouses 200m from the beach in Jerisos, in a quiet location, across from the stadium. Maisonettes can accommodate up to five people, and since there are only four of them and they are independent of each other, guests have complete privacy. They are located in a beautifully landscaped yard with a lawn suitable for children's play, and in addition there is a barbecue, summer house, outdoor furniture and bicycles. Outside the yard there are four covered parking spaces, and guests are welcome all year round. The accommodation is located in an area surrounded by greenery to which a dirt road leads. The center of Jerisos is 500m away, the nearest shop and bakery are 400m away, and a restaurant is 200m away. Maisonettes are 45-50 m2, two are smaller and two are larger. Each maisonette on the lower level has a kitchen and living room with two sofas for one person (and an extra bed can be added), as well as a bathroom with a shower with a separate glass partition. On the upper level is the bedroom, which is not separated by a door and has one double bed and a toilet. Maisonettes have a special heating and cooling system, two TVs, internet, a large refrigerator with freezer, stove, hair dryer, mosquito nets and terraces with awnings, and a baby cot is available on request. Cleaning is done every fourth day, and towels and linen are changed every third day. Laundry service is also available, free of charge. One maisonette is suitable for people with disabilities. Our description Patriko Apartments is a new accommodation (built in 2015), located not far from the center of Jerisos. It has four modernly equipped units on the ground floor, suitable for two adults and three children or four adults. Guests have at their disposal a barbecue with wooden furniture, in a fenced and covered area in front, so the accommodation is therefore safe for the youngest and great for socializing. The facility is open all year round. The center of Jerisos with restaurants and taverns is 50-100m away, the nearest market and bakery are about 150m away, and the sandy beach is at a distance of about 400m. Apartments Dimitra (27m2), Katerina (30m2) and Elena (30m2) have similar structures. They have a bedroom with one king size double bed, a kitchen with one pull-out sofa (dimensions of a double bed) and a bathroom with a shower. Studio Maria (27m2) has one king-size bed, two bunk beds, a kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped in each unit, has a mini-stove with oven, large refrigerator with freezer, electric kettle and toaster. All units are air conditioned and feature a TV, mosquito nets, a hairdryer and a tumble dryer. They do not have a fenced veranda in front of each apartment, but a fenced common area (the gate is locked), which makes this facility very safe for children.
