Our description Alexis Villas are located in Skala Panagia, better known as Golden Beach, on a hill to the left of the driveway. In the very center of the town, on the left, you will see the Makedonia supermarket along the incoming road, and then a few tens of meters after it you will turn left into the street and after some fifty meters you will see the Alexis villas. You will easily recognize them, because they are authentic, built of brown stone with wooden terraces, doors, windows and blinds, tucked away in greenery. They are about 150 meters away from the sandy beach. The street leading from the incoming road to them is wide enough and has a slight slope, so it can be said that they are easily accessible by car and on foot, which can be seen in the attached photos. It is a complex of 3 one-storey villas, with a yard with a barbecue and parking on a dirt extension in front. In the first villa there are 3 apartments, in the second also 3, and in the third one apartment. The apartments are identical, with a separate entrance from the yard, on two levels. Each can accommodate up to 5 people. They consist of a kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedroom on the gallery and terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped (mini stove with oven, medium fridge, dishes and cutlery). It is separated by a wall with arches from the living room. The bathroom is newer, spacious, with a large bathtub, extremely clean, with a separate window. In the living room there is a sofa with a drawer where when the drawer is taken out, two people can sleep, a fireplace, TV, mini line with speakers, exit to the terrace and wooden, wide enough stairs leading to the bedroom on the gallery. The gallery has a rather spacious bedroom with two connected single beds, a wardrobe and full-size windows. The apartments are air conditioned, have TVs, mini speaker lines, safes and wireless internet signal. Staying in them is pleasant, considering that the villas are built of stone, which gives freshness to the rooms, and it is easy to make the air flow because the entrance is on one side and the door to the terrace on the other. The terraces are spacious, mostly covered with vines, with a wooden table and chairs. Apartments are cleaned, bed linen and towels are changed regularly. Bringing a dog on vacation with you to these villas is allowed if it is calm and well-behaved. Alexis villas are very authentic and different from others, primarily because of the stone from which they are built, freshness in the apartments, but also a large number of details that are handmade by the owner of the villa, a very interesting man who respects and loves our people. Our description Rani Apartments is a newly built building 150m from one of the best, sandy beaches on the island of Thassos. It is a modern building that has four penthouses (two levels) and one three-bed studio. In the first level there is a living room with a fully equipped kitchen (toaster, stove with oven, electric kettle, enough utensils for cooking). The living room is comfortable and has a small balcony, dining table and sofa that folds into two single beds of standard dimensions. On the second level there is a bedroom with a double bed, but also a very spacious veranda (10 to 15m2) with umbrellas. All penthouses have a sea view, two air conditioners (both in the bedroom and in the living room). The studio has a double bed and one single. Our description Accommodation is located in Limenas, about fifteen minutes walk from the center. From Dimitriadu Street, turn to the large Masutis market and continue straight for another 50 meters. You will see Hotel Thetis on the right. This building consists of two buildings, with a total of 18 studios that can be double and triple, and two four-bed apartments. There are 12 accommodation units in the first building and eight in the second building. The first building was built in 1998, and the second in 2002. However, the owners are trying to improve the quality of accommodation every year by renovating part by part. On the high ground floor of the first building, there are three double and three triple studios. On the first floor there are three double studios, two three-bed studios and one four-bed apartment, while on the top floor there is another four-bed apartment. Double studios have one double or two connected single beds, while triple studios have one double and one single bed. The four-bed apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, while the living room has a sofa bed. Spitakia Bungalows are a great choice for families who want a little more privacy. They are located next to the beach (about 20 meters) in Skala Potamia. The beach in front of the building is rocky, but about 100m is a sandy part. There are two houses and both are about 40 square meters. They have a bedroom and a living room with a kitchen. The bedroom has a double bed, and a sofa bed and an extra bed can be added if needed. The kitchen is nicely equipped. Both houses have a veranda and a parking space. Private parking is located 50m from the house. They have air conditioning in the living room, wireless internet signal and TV. Bed linen and towels are changed regularly. The first market is about 50m where you can buy bread, and the bakery is about 300m. If you want nice accommodation on the beach, close to all amenities in the place (shops, promenades, taverns), Spitakia Bungalows can be a great choice.

Anna Apartments and Studios is a newly built accommodation (2011) located about a hundred meters from the beach. It is a one-storey villa consisting of two apartments and four studios. Apartments (30m2) have two rooms that are not separated by a door. The bedroom has a double bed, and the other room has a sofa bed for two children and a kitchen. They are spacious, equipped with new and modern furniture, with large verandas, TV, bathroom and air conditioning in the bedroom. The studios (28m2) are also beautiful and have one double or two single beds and a sofa bed for two children, a kitchen, a bathroom, a veranda, a TV and air conditioning. The yard is nicely decorated, with a barbecue, and next to the house is a private parking lot for guests. Cleaning, change of bed linen and towels is done every three days. The nearest supermarket is located 20m. If you want new accommodation with decent prices, close to the center and very close to the sandy beach, Anna Apartments and Studios can be a good choice.

Arion Houses consists of five autonomous buildings of about 40m2 (one is slightly smaller), with a separate entrance and parking space. Each cottage has a capacity of up to five people, and consists of a bedroom with one double bed and a living room with one single bed and a sofa bed for two people. The bedroom and living room are separated by sliding accordion doors. The living room also has a very well-equipped kitchen for preparing meals, including a coffee machine and a shaker. The cottages are air conditioned, have a large TV, WiFi internet, terrace, bathroom and kitchen, and a cot is available on request when booking. Bed linen and towels are changed, as well as cleaning is done every three days. In the yard there is a barbecue and parking space. Villa Zeus Apartments is located at the entrance to Skala Potamia, somewhere in the middle of the bay (1km from the center of Skala Potamia), about 150-200m from the beach, near the hotel Kladis Club Holidays, Villa Angelo and Giota Apartments. This is a completely new and very nicely decorated accommodation. There are four apartments and six studios. Studios (25-30m2) can be double or triple, located on the first floor, and have one double bed and a drawer bed (pull-out). The apartments (40m2) are four-bed, located on the second floor, and have one double bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the living room. Studios and apartments have an equipped kitchen (two-burner stove, refrigerator, electric kettle), terrace, bathroom, wireless internet and hairdryer. Cleaning, change of bed linen and towels is done every three days. Private parking is available for guests. If you want quality and new accommodation in a quiet location with private parking, very close to the sandy beach ideal for children, Zeus Apartments can be a great choice.

Apartments Thalassa is a newly built and very modern complex of penthouses and studios in Skala Potamia at about 85m from the beach. When you start from the central crossroads in Skala Potamia to descend to the sea, turn into the first street on the left and after some 200m on the left you will see on the left a sign for Thalassa apartments. The complex consists of one studio and five penthouses. When you enter the complex, you first come across a studio that is suitable for two adults and one child. The studio is about 27 m2 and has one double bed, and if necessary, one extra bed for a child can be added. After the studies, there is the largest penthouse of about 40 m2 and it is the only penthouse that has a small balcony upstairs, while all other penthouses (and there are 4 more) have a smaller gallery upstairs and no balcony and an area of about 35 m2. All penthouses are similarly equipped and have a double bed on the ground floor, where there is a kitchen and bathroom, while on the first floor in all penthouses there is a double French bed. An extra bed for a child can be added to all penthouses. All kitchens are well equipped, and guests also have at their disposal an electric kettle. All bathrooms have shower cabins. Guests can use two brick barbecues located at the back of the building, where there is also a covered seating area. The owner owns a large plot next to the building where guests can park their cars under the shade of olive trees. Accommodation is ideal for anyone who wants to be near the center of Skala Potamia and all the facilities that this place offers, as well as near the beach.

Hotel Liberty is located in Golden Beach on a slight elevation to the left of the main road from the direction of the villages of Panagia and Limenas. There is a wooden sign to turn towards the hotel and it is easy to spot. From that sign, turning left into the street, after about thirty meters, you will see the hotel's covered parking lot on the right side, and then the hotel itself in pink tones. It is less than 100 meters away from the beach, and about fifty meters from the first facilities needed by tourists (supermarket, restaurants ...). Liberty is an excellent, new and modern small hotel, with arranged access, the mentioned covered parking next to the building for 7-8 cars and another parking (without canopy) on the other side of the building for 2-3 cars, reception, nicely decorated hall and 11 accommodation units (10 studios and one apartment). The studios are spacious (they have 23-25m2) and are located on the ground floor (three brand new and beautiful studios with bright furniture, modern kitchen, bathroom and porch at the level of the parking lot) and upstairs. It can accommodate 2-3 adults or two adults and two children. As a rule, they have one double or two single beds and a folding armchair, and a slightly shorter bed for a child (up to 10 years old) can be added as the fourth. Upstairs studios have large balconies with direct or side views of the sea, or the surrounding hills and greenery. The apartment is extremely spacious (40m2) and is designed to accommodate four adults or two adults and 2-3 children. It consists of two rooms, the first has two single beds, kitchen and entrance to the bathroom, and the second has a double bed. It also has two large connected balconies overlooking the street, surrounding hotels and villas, greenery and the sea. All accommodation units are equipped with new and modern furniture, have a kitchen with all necessary appliances, sherpas, dishes and cutlery, high class bathroom with shower and curtain, air conditioning, satellite TV, wireless internet, safe, hair dryer, mosquito nets and tumble dryers on the balcony. Cleaning of accommodation units is done daily, and change of bed linen and towels every three days (if necessary and the wishes of guests and more often). All in all, Liberty is a very pleasant hotel in a good location close to the beach, with beautiful, spacious and well-equipped accommodation units at reasonable prices, parking and friendly staff. It seems to me that it meets all the conditions for a quality vacation. Golden Beach is an ideal place for everyone who wants a peaceful vacation, without nightlife and entertainment. However, the capital, Limenas, is only a 10-minute drive from the Liberty Hotel, so you can have fun whenever you want.
