Villa Aventura is located in the heart of Potos and is one of the best and most sought after accommodation in Potos. If you are coming from the direction of Limenaria, the villa is located on the right side of the highway, just before the gas station and before the central intersection in Potos. The villa consists of several brand new buildings. It is a new and modern accommodation, with carefully selected and quality furniture. It offers 11 apartments and two studios. Villa Aventura is located in a great location and is only two minutes walk from the city beach in Potos, and only 50 meters from the promenade, shops, souvenir shops, bakeries, supermarkets. The apartments are located on the ground floor and first floor, and on the lower ground floor (basement) only studios. Two apartments face the street and have double glazed windows and balconies, for better sound insulation. The apartments consist of two rooms, one of which is a bedroom with a double bed, and the other living room with a sofa from which another bed can be pulled out like a drawer. The drawer-bed is the same dimensions as the classic bed, it has a standard mattress, so it is intended for sleeping an older child. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking, and in addition to the hob, it also has a toaster, electric kettle and coffee maker. Exit to the terrace is from both rooms. The studios are the same size as the apartments (40m2), are located in the basement of the house and do not have a terrace, but each has its own sofa in front of the studio. They are well lit, equipped with the same furniture, modern and high quality, as the apartments. They have one double bed and one sofa from which another standard size bed can be pulled out. In the yard of the villa there is a covered summer house with furniture for sitting and socializing and a barbecue. The villa has a large fenced parking lot, and for very large cars and jeeps, a parking space is provided in front of the villa (due to the narrow passage to the parking lot). All accommodation units are air conditioned, all have TV with satellite channels (there are several Serbian channels), wireless and wired internet (cable provided by the owner). All apartments are equipped with safe, hairdryer and mosquito nets. The bathrooms have a shower. Cleaning and change of bed linen and towels are done every two days. Our description Villa Dolphins is located in the wider center of Limenas, 300 meters from the ferry dock in the new port (the street that leads directly to the new port and the part where passengers and vehicles board and disembark), near the gymnasium in Limenas . Our description Porto Thassos is located in Skala Potamia, just 80m from the beach. You can reach the villa by turning left from the main road, from Skala Panagia, at the central crossroads in Skala Potamia, towards the sea, and then turn into the first street on the left, a street that is parallel to the coast. The two buildings in which the apartments are located are newly built and 50m away from the existing building (where the studios are located). In each building there are 4 duplex apartments, of which two apartments are on the high ground floor and two on the first floor. The apartments are 55m2 and consist of three rooms - two separate bedrooms, two separate bathrooms, two balconies, three air conditioners, while the living room has a fully equipped kitchen with table and chairs and a large sofa. In one bedroom there is a double bed while in the other there are two single beds. The facility is cleaned daily while bed linen and towels are changed every 2-3 days. There are about 10 bicycles for adults and children, which can be used free of charge for riding or shopping. Since Skala Potamia and Golden Beach are connected in the plain, bicycles are an excellent means of transportation and can be used for fine family outings. Our description Summer Dreams are located on the main road that passes through Skala Potamia, about 400m from the beach and about 300m from the center of town. It is a facility that offers six accommodation units - one apartment and five studios (two four-bed and three two-bed). Our description Alexis Villas are located in Skala Panagia, better known as Golden Beach, on a hill to the left of the driveway. In the very center of the town, on the left, you will see the Makedonia supermarket along the incoming road, and then a few tens of meters after it you will turn left into the street and after some fifty meters you will see the Alexis villas. You will easily recognize them, because they are authentic, built of brown stone with wooden terraces, doors, windows and blinds, tucked away in greenery. They are about 150 meters away from the sandy beach. The street leading from the incoming road to them is wide enough and has a slight slope, so it can be said that they are easily accessible by car and on foot, which can be seen in the attached photos.
