Standard Apartment is a six-bed apartment with sea views. The bedroom has a double bed, while the living room has a double bed and a sofa bed for two adults. The bathroom is smaller and has an accordion door. All studios and apartments have their own kitchen and bathroom with shower. The kitchens are equipped and have a stove with one or two hobs and a small refrigerator. All units also have a road-facing terrace, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a TV and a hairdryer. Guests can also use the iron. Cleaning is done every day, while bed linen and towels are changed every three days. Behind the house is a public parking lot. The villa has four double studios with a double bed that can accommodate one extra bed for a child and two four-bed studios with a separate kitchen and two balconies. The four-bed studio has one double bed and a sofa bed for two adults. The area of a double studio is 20m2 and a quadruple 30m2. One quadruple and two double studios have a sea view. All accommodation units have a kitchen, bathroom, terrace with hairdryer, wireless internet signal, hair dryer, TV and air conditioning. The studios are standard surfaces and are very comfortable. In addition to the accommodation itself, there is also the owner's restaurant where you can use the oven because there is no same in the accommodation units. If you are coming from the direction of Limenaria, the villa is located on the right side of the highway, just before the gas station and before the central intersection in Potos. The villa consists of several brand new buildings. It is a new and modern accommodation, with carefully selected and quality furniture. It offers 11 apartments and two studios. Villa Aventura is located in a great location and is only two minutes walk from the city beach in Potos, and only 50 meters from the promenade, shops, souvenir shops, bakeries, supermarkets. The apartments are located on the ground floor and first floor, and on the lower ground floor (basement) only studios. Two apartments face the street and have double glazed windows and balconies, for better sound insulation. The apartments consist of two rooms, one of which is a bedroom with a double bed, and the other living room with a sofa from which another bed can be pulled out like a drawer. The drawer-bed is the same dimensions as the classic bed, it has a standard mattress, so it is intended for sleeping an older child. Our description Porto Thassos is located in Skala Potamia, just 80m from the beach. You can reach the villa by turning left from the main road, from Skala Panagia, at the central crossroads in Skala Potamia, towards the sea, and then turn into the first street on the left, a street that is parallel to the coast. The two buildings in which the apartments are located are newly built and 50m away from the existing building (where the studios are located). In each building there are 4 duplex apartments, of which two apartments are on the high ground floor and two on the first floor. The apartments are 55m2 and consist of three rooms - two separate bedrooms, two separate bathrooms, two balconies, three air conditioners, while the living room has a fully equipped kitchen with table and chairs and a large sofa. In one bedroom there is a double bed while in the other there are two single beds. The facility is cleaned daily while bed linen and towels are changed every 2-3 days. There are about 10 bicycles for adults and children, which can be used free of charge for riding or shopping.
