Apartments Thalassa is a newly built and very modern complex of penthouses and studios in Skala Potamia at about 85m from the beach. When you start from the central crossroads in Skala Potamia to descend to the sea, turn into the first street on the left and after some 200m on the left you will see on the left a sign for Thalassa apartments. The complex consists of one studio and five penthouses. When you enter the complex, you first come across a studio that is suitable for two adults and one child. The studio is about 27 m2 and has one double bed, and if necessary, one extra bed for a child can be added. After the studies, there is the largest penthouse of about 40 m2 and it is the only penthouse that has a small balcony upstairs, while all other penthouses (and there are 4 more) have a smaller gallery upstairs and no balcony and an area of about 35 m2. All penthouses are similarly equipped and have a double bed on the ground floor, where there is a kitchen and bathroom, while on the first floor in all penthouses there is a double French bed. An extra bed for a child can be added to all penthouses. All kitchens are well equipped, and guests also have at their disposal an electric kettle. All bathrooms have shower cabins. Guests can use two brick barbecues located at the back of the building, where there is also a covered seating area. The owner owns a large plot next to the building where guests can park their cars under the shade of olive trees. Accommodation is ideal for anyone who wants to be near the center of Skala Potamia and all the facilities that this place offers, as well as near the beach.

Athina Studios is one of three connected buildings (along with Athina Maisonettes and Athina Rooms). It is located 180m from the beach Golden Beach in the village of the same name (Skala Panagia), in its extreme left part seen from land to sea, on the opposite side in relation to Skala Potamia, on the left side of the road seen from Skala Potamia. Athina Studios has a total of six double studios (30m2). The studios on the ground floor consist of one double bed, a single bed and a sofa bed. Upstairs studios have single beds. The terraces are very comfortable and with a fantastic sea view. All studios have air conditioning, TV, terrace, kitchen, wireless internet, hair dryer and iron, and a baby cot is available on request. Kitchens have electric kettles and toasters in addition to hobs and refrigerators. Only studios on the high ground floor have mosquito nets. Cleaning is daily, and linen and towels are changed every three days. Mary's Residence is a newly built complex consisting of three smaller buildings. There are a total of 15 accommodation units, of which eight are four-bed studios, five are maisonettes and one is a two-bed studio and a four-bed apartment. The double studio is not available for internet reservations because it is located in a fixed lease agency. All four-bed studios (35m2) consist of a double bed and a sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with a two-burner stove, toaster and coffee maker. Maisonettes (40m2) have a double bed in the bedroom on the gallery which is not separated by a door, and on the ground floor there is a sofa bed suitable for two people. All penthouses, except one, have two balconies. Air conditioning is located in the bedroom on the gallery. The kitchens are fully equipped with all necessary kitchen elements (electric kettle, toaster, etc.), and guests have at their disposal WiFi internet whose signal, however, varies according to the owner, is stronger on the terrace than in the room. Coming from the direction of Limenaria, immediately after the Alexandra Beach Hotel, turn left and drive about 100 meters. You will recognize the villa by the large pink building next to the road and the clothing store on the ground floor. Next to the pink building is a path through the yard that leads to the villa and the beach. The villa is absolutely sheltered from noise, and yet less than a minute walk from the promenade, shops, bakeries and supermarkets. It has a fantastic yard full of greenery and shade, swings, comfortable seating and kiosks, and there is also a barbecue with tables for socializing and dining. The yard opens onto a small beach that is sandy on the shore, and the first few meters in the water are rocks. Accommodation consists of three buildings, two of which are on the beach, and the third is in the same yard, but about 50 meters from the beach. The third building is a very nice house on two levels (maisonette), suitable for a family of four. The house has one double bed on the ground floor, bathroom and kitchen, and upstairs another room with two single beds. In front of the house is a very spacious veranda with furniture for sitting, relaxing and enjoying, and next to the house is a parking space. If you want a more intimate variant of accommodation near the beach, there may be no better choice than this house in Potos. The other two buildings are located next to the beach. All apartments are renovated and very nicely decorated, and all have sea views. The sea from some terraces is partially sheltered by trees in the yard, but the view is certainly beautiful and the greenery and the sea, and the smell of conifers and the sea is invaluable. The apartments are very well lit, the furniture is in light tones, so with a view of the sea, staying in them is really pleasant. They are intended for families with two or three children. They have spacious terraces, an equipped kitchen, a TV, a double bed, a pull-out bed the size of a double bed and air conditioning. If you are looking for quality accommodation on the Golden beach, this is certainly one of them. Skala Potamia and the ethnic village of Panagia are a two-minute drive away, and the center of Skala Panagia is a two-minute walk away. Golden Beach is ideal for a quiet family holiday without nightlife and entertainment, with several supermarkets, shops and restaurants. But if you want more content, especially in the evening, the capital Limenas is only ten minutes away by car. In addition to having an excellent sandy beach (ideal for children), Golden Beach also has an excellent location compared to other beaches, because the famous Paradise beach is a ten-minute drive away, and Makrijamos, Tarzanas and Nisteri beaches are about 15 minutes away. We offer nine apartments and one studio in Golden Beach, about 250m from the beach. The apartments are spacious, equipped with quality wooden furniture and can host up to five people. All have a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed for two people in the living room, and there is also a sofa bed for the fifth person. The studio and two apartments are located on the ground floor, while the other apartments are arranged on the first and second floors, seen from the back of the yard, since it is a cascade construction.
