We offer four independent accommodation units, which are two-level studios with accommodation capacity for a maximum of two adults and three children. On the first level, on the ground floor, there is a living room with a sofa for two people, a kitchen and a bathroom, while on the gallery there is a double bed. If necessary, an additional folding bed can be inserted. A baby cot is available upon request and at no additional cost. Within these air-conditioned studios, guests have at their disposal a TV, free Wi-Fi internet, hairdryer, washing machine, mosquito nets, a kitchen equipped with a large fridge with freezer, an induction plate with two glass-ceramic hotplates, a coffee machine and a kettle. There is natural shade and lots of greenery in the yard, and each accommodation unit has a small private part of the yard in front of the entrance. A barbecue is available on request. It offers guests privacy and everything necessary for a nice and pleasant stay. It is located in Limenaria. It is 1.3 km from the center, while the nearest store can be reached by crossing the street. The beach is located at a distance of 1.4 km. The complex has a total of eight villas, which can accommodate up to six people. These are six-bed studios (maisonettes, 181m2), which extend over three levels (ground floor, first floor and attic) and are similarly equipped. They consist of two French beds and a pull-out sofa, which can sleep two people. Each floor has its own balcony, which overlooks the courtyard. Guests have access to WiFi, air conditioning (one on each level), TV, hair dryer, kitchen with cooker, coffee machine, toaster, standard refrigerator with freezer compartment, balconies overlooking the yard, additional bathroom, swimming pool, and private parking. The bathrooms have shower cabins with a glass partition. Cleaning is done every day, while bed linen and towels are changed every three days. Kekes bungalows are located in the south of the island, in the bay next to Aliki beach. The surroundings are beautiful and ideal for swimmers and all those who don't need luxury but nature, peace, shade, fishing, sea view and distance from crowds. Within the complex there is also a small family tavern, right next to the sea. The bungalows are located one kilometer before Aliki and 18km east of Potos. They are located on the "beach" of Kekes. These are two ground-floor buildings, each containing six rooms. The bungalows were renovated in 2015. Triple rooms have one double bed and one single bed or one couch. The area is about 22m2. The rooms do not have a kitchen, only a refrigerator and an electric water jug. Each room has anatomical mattresses, towels, air conditioning, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, LED TV with satellite channels, mosquito nets and Internet access. The terraces are not separated, but each one has its own sitting area in front of the room. A view of the sea opens through the pines. Cleaning is done daily and bed linen and towels are changed every five days. The yard is huge, full of pine trees, shade and greenery. There is a private parking lot for guests within the yard. There is also a playground for children. On both sides of the house there are two small coves that, depending on the wind and currents, can be completely sandy, or they can be partially sandy and partially rocky. There are several metal ladders that are placed on plates for easier descent into the water. The water is very clean, the sea is calm, without crowds. The rocks are ideal for anglers. The first gas store where you can purchase is located in Aliki, about 1 km away, and there is also the nearest sandy beach. Potos is 18 km away and there you can find various shops, restaurants, taverns, souvenir shops and many places for entertainment. At the bottom of the courtyard is a restaurant, which is known for its traditional cuisine and food prepared in brick ovens. In this restaurant you can try homemade gyros, moussaka in a clay pot straight from the brick oven, seafood, fish and meat specialties, homemade walnut sweets and excellent salads. The best way to get to the bungalow is along the east coast, actually from Limenas turn left, via Panagia and Kinira. When you pass Aliki, after 1km you will see a left turn for the Skydia restaurant and in the same courtyard there are Kekes bungalows. If peace, shade, seclusion from the city and clear sea are what you need for your vacation, Kekes bungalows are an excellent choice.

Zoi Studios is located in Aliki, in the south of Thassos. It is located in a large yard full of flowers, and offers apartments at an affordable price. We gladly recommend it to families with children as well as to anyone looking for a vacation away from the city crowd and traffic. It is about 1 km from the beach in Aliki, as well as to the first market, which is located on the main road before you get off at Aliki beach. Nearby are some of the most beautiful beaches on Thassos, such as Kekes, Thimonia, Paradise Beach. The nearest larger town is Kinira, located about 10 km away. It consists of three four-bed apartments on the ground floor. There are two joined single beds in the bedroom, and a single bed and a couch in the living room. The area is 32m2. Both rooms have access to the terrace. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, bathroom, WiFi internet, TV, mosquito nets, air conditioning (A/C) and hot water 24 hours a day. They also have private balconies with a view of the sea and a garden full of flowers. Cleaning and changing of towels and bed linen is done every three days. Pets are not allowed. The yard is spacious and full of flowers, there is a summer kitchen, a barbecue, and enough space for children to play. The parking lot is located within the yard. When coming from the direction of Potos, in Aliki you pass the Archodissa restaurant and turn left into the street that leads uphill. Then you turn into the first street on the right and the second house on the left, in a large yard full of greenery, is Zoe Studios. If you want to spend your vacation in nature, near the most beautiful beaches, in a truly peaceful and friendly environment, Zoi studios can be a good choice.

Dream House Villa is located in the Aliki area, the accommodation is new, beautifully and well decorated. It has two bedrooms, so it is suitable for families, but also for couples. There is a parking lot in the yard. Aliki beach is 1 km away, while the nearest market (800 m) is on the highway just before the beach. The house is spacious (45m2) and consists of two bedrooms, one bathroom and a living room with a kitchen. In the first bedroom there is one double bed and one single bed, and in the second there is one double bed. There is a sofa for one person in the living room, so the maximum capacity of the house is six people. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, it has a stove with an oven, a fridge, a toaster, a coffee maker and an electric kettle. There is also a table and chairs, air conditioning, a TV and a fireplace. The bathroom has a shower separated by glass. In front of the entrance there is an area with seating and a view of the yard full of olive trees. The house has internet, safe, air conditioning, TV and hair dryer. Cleaning, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every four days. It is surrounded by a beautiful yard with a table and chairs, a deckchair, an olive grove and a parking space. Coming to Aliki from the direction of Potos, pass the Archodissa restaurant, then turn left and up the hill where you will come across this villa 300m later. If you are looking for well-equipped accommodation with a spacious yard in a quiet place away from the noise and not far from the beach, Dream House Villa is an excellent choice.

Astris Beach Hotel is located right on the beach in Astris. It is a family hotel that has a restaurant on the ground floor, a garden on the beach and a large parking lot within the courtyard, and for guests umbrellas and sunbeds with consumption. It is located in Astris, on the beach, 5.5 km from Potos. There is a restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel where guests can pay for breakfast. If the guests are also interested in lunch/dinner, from the 2025 season it is not possible to book half-board online, but guests can order what they want from the menu on the spot, at the prices marked on it. There are also three double rooms, while on the first floor there are six accommodation units for two to four people that have a kitchen (some have a terrace), as well as a view of the sea. Guests choose what they want to be served. On the ground floor of the hotel there are three double rooms (15m2) which are exactly the same. They have two single beds, a refrigerator, a terrace overlooking the garden and the sea, and a bathroom with a shower with a curtain. In front of the rooms there is a shared kitchenette available to guests. These rooms have a small gas cylinder with a burner for making coffee, tea or other small cooking, as well as a tray with cups available. There are six accommodation units on the first floor. There is only one four-bed duplex apartment (45m2) with a terrace overlooking the sea. The first bedroom has a double bed, and the other two have single beds. The kitchen is inside the apartment, and the bathroom has a shower with a curtain. Three studios are for two people and have a kitchen on the terrace with a view of the sea. One studio has been renovated, has a double bed and is listed in the price list as a Superior 2 Bed Studio (18m2). The terraces of all accommodation units face the beach and the sea. Bed linen and towels are changed in the middle of the stay. There is a barbecue in the yard of the accommodation, which is available to guests. The parking lot is located within the yard and there is enough space for all guests. The beach in front of the hotel is quite long and wide, uncrowded, with clean sea, sandy and gravelly but also with rocky parts. There is also a shower on the beach. Guests can use umbrellas and sunbeds on the beach with a drink ordered from the restaurant belonging to the accommodation. There is also some natural shade on the beach. You can reach the Astris Beach Hotel when you come from Potos and continue for another 5.5 km on the highway and when you enter Astris you will see a sign for the Astris Beach Hotel on your right. One of the advantages is that the bus stop is right in front, for guests who came on vacation without a car. The first store is 400m away. At 500m before Astris, when coming from the direction of Potos, is one of the most beautiful beaches of Thassos, Psili Amos. The popular Aliki is 15 km away. All in all, Astris can be interesting as a base for everyone who likes peace and quiet, close to a good beach and who does not long for crowds, evening walks, shopping and nightlife. And if, by any chance, you want the listed, Potos is only 5.5 km from Astris and offers a large selection of shops, restaurants, a promenade, and entertainment. Astris Beach Hotel is one of those accommodation facilities located literally on the beach, from which not even a road separates it, but upon leaving the room you are immediately on the sand. If you want such accommodation, which of course offers a view of the sea in addition to being close to the beach, then Astris beach hotel is an excellent choice.

Asterias Villa in Astris is decent and clean accommodation at a good price, great for families and couples alike. It is far from crowds and noise, has a large yard and shade, private parking and is in a good location, as it is only ten minutes' walk from the beach. Also, Astris is a very good base for island hopping. Villa Asterias is located at the exit of Astris. It is 500m away from the city beach. Asterias is a two-story villa that offers 10 studios. It was completely renovated in 2013. The studios (18m2) on the ground floor are three-bedded and have one double bed and one single bed (under which another drawer bed can be pulled out). The bathrooms have been renovated for the 2019 season and have been expanded, they have a shower that is separated by glass. The studios (15m2) on the first floor are slightly smaller than the studios on the ground floor and they have two beds. They have a double bed. Studios have TV and air conditioning, hairdryer, mosquito nets, kitchen, bathroom and terrace. The studios on the ground floor have a porch with seating that leads directly to the yard, while the studios on the first floor have a medium-sized terrace that overlooks the yard in front of the house. Considering that the house is on a hill, seen from the back of the house, the studios that are on the first floor also open directly to the yard behind the house. Cleaning is done daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every three days. In the back part of the yard there is a brick barbecue and some toys for children. The yard in front of the house is quite large, with plenty of shade and seating, and there is also a private parking lot. The accommodation is located opposite the gas station, in the south of the island, 5 km east of Potos. Villa Asterias can serve as an excellent base. It is only 500m away from a decent city beach, which you can reach on foot if you don't feel like driving. Just a minute's drive from the house is Psili Amos, considered by many to be one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, and nearby is Thessaloniki (2km). Considering that Astris does not offer many facilities for tourists, Potos is only a five-minute drive away and there you can find everything you want - a promenade, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, an amusement park and a little crowd. In Astris there are several restaurants-taverns, two grocery stores, several hotels and villas, an organized beach and a gas station. You can buy fruits, vegetables and basic groceries in drugstores. The beach is partly sandy and partly rocky, with umbrellas and sunbeds. Salonikios beach is only 2 km from the villa, Rosso Gremos and San Antonio are 3-4 km away, and Livadi and Aliki are about 15 km away. If you want a good base from where everything is available to you, and it is not important for you to be in a big place, then Villa Asterias is a good choice.
