In front of the bungalow there is a summer house intended exclusively for the guests of this unit. The apartment on the ground floor (43 m²) can accommodate up to four adults and a fifth person if it is a child. The bedroom has a double bed, while in the living area with the kitchen there is a sofa bed for two people, and if necessary, an extra bed can be added. The kitchen in this apartment has a stove with two burners and a large refrigerator, and the bathroom is equipped with a shower with a curtain. The six-bed maisonette (100 m²) is organized on two levels. In the lower part there is a living room with a kitchen, a sofa bed for two people and a dining table, as well as a toilet. In the upper part there are two bedrooms with one double bed each and a bathroom with a shower cabin. The balcony offers a partial view of the sea and the courtyard. Equipment and services All units have internet, TV and mosquito nets. The bungalow and maisonette are air-conditioned, while the apartment on the ground floor is equipped with a fan and is comfortable even without air conditioning. At the request of the host, it is possible to use a hair dryer. In the yard there is also an outdoor shower and a shared washing machine by arrangement with the hosts. Bed linen and towels are changed every five days, and guests maintain the hygiene of their units independently during their stay.

Bed linen and towels are changed every three days, and at the request of the guests, the owner can clean the accommodation unit once.
