It can be a good choice for families who want to be away from the noise and have all the amenities at their fingertips. The house is located near the center of old Sarti. It is 270m from the beach, and in its immediate vicinity (about 150m) there is a market and a bakery. We offer two apartments for 4-5 people and two studios for 2-3 people on the first and second floors. In the living room with the kitchen, the apartments have one double bed, while in the bedroom, separated by accordion doors, there are two single beds. The kitchen is equipped with a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a stove and the necessary dishes, and the bathroom has a shower. The apartments are located on the first and second floors. The studio on the first floor has two single beds joined together and one drawer bed, and the studio on the second floor has one double bed. Kitchens and bathrooms are equipped as in apartments. The accommodation units have a TV, air conditioning, mosquito nets and a terrace with a side view of the sea from afar. There is no private parking, but guests can park in the surrounding streets. After entering Sarti from the direction of Vourvourou, take the second street on the left. Continue straight, then turn into the third street on the left (near Hotel Olga) and after a few meters you will see Toula House on the left. This accommodation is suitable for families who want not to use the car too much during their stay, but to be able to walk to the promenade, restaurants and the beach in a few minutes.

The accommodation consists of eight rooms with an area of ​​about 22 m², which are rented out as double or triple rooms. Each room has one double bed and one single bed. The rooms do not have a kitchen, only a refrigerator. In addition to the rooms, there is also an apartment on the ground floor, with an area of ​​about 45 m². The apartment also has no kitchen, only a refrigerator, and consists of a dining room and two separate bedrooms with one double bed each. This apartment does not have a terrace. Bathrooms in all accommodation units have a small enclosed bathtub with a curtain. The terraces, which have rooms, are spacious and equipped with seating. All accommodation units are air-conditioned and equipped with internet, TV, mosquito nets and hair dryer. The safety deposit box is central and available to all guests. The terrace looks directly at the sea, there are wonderful sunsets and the yard is spacious, so there are many places for grilling, socializing and parking. It is located about a kilometer from the city center. The beach that is directly in front of the house is sandy on the shore, while there are stones in the water, but next to this accommodation there is the Blue View hotel, in front of which is one of the most beautiful parts of the city beach, with sand in the water and on the shore. The hotel's deckchairs and umbrellas can be used with the purchased drink. It is an older but renovated building, built in 1980, which consists of two apartments and one studio. The apartments have two bedrooms, a separate kitchen and an area of ​​about 40m2. The bedrooms have two and three single beds. The kitchen is decently equipped. Both bedrooms open onto the terrace. The apartments are suitable for two couples. There is one TV in the apartment (in one bedroom), and the air conditioner is in the hallway and cools the whole apartment. The studio has three beds (three single beds) and has an area of ​​about 20m2. The kitchenette is separate. All accommodation units have sea view and internet access. This building is modest and of older construction, which cannot be clearly seen in the photos. Bathrooms are very small, no bathtub or shower (only tiles). Mosquito nets are on the windows. There is no hair dryer in the studios and apartments, but the owner has one that she gives to the guests to use. The owner also has a washing machine that guests can use. Only small pets are allowed. Cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels are done every five days. The yard is spacious with tables and chairs for sitting. There are also showers in the yard. Parking is provided. Driving from Prinos towards Limenaria, a kilometer before it, you will see the SunRay hotel on the right side of the highway. To get to Topouzis Studios, you should turn right there, past the SunRay Hotel, then drive right next to the coast for about 100m and you will come across the gate of Topouzis Studios, which is right after this hotel. Topouzis Studios 1 is a modest accommodation where guests can enjoy the proximity of the beach and the sunsets. The villa is in the south of the island, so some of the most popular beaches on Thassos are nearby. You can reach the center of Limenaria on foot, along the promenade along the coast.

The nearest store is Albatros, 250m from the accommodation, and the larger Carrefour supermarket, where you can find bread and bakery products, is 600m away, while the center is 700m away. Yanna Studios has five studios (17-20m2), one of which is on the ground floor, and four on the first floor. Studio number 2 is located on the ground floor and has two single beds. This studio does not have a balcony because it is on the ground floor, but there is a table and chairs for sitting in front.
