It is located 450m from the beach, on the road leading to Theologos. It is 350 meters from the main intersection.
Studios Eleutheria Loula has three levels where studios for two, three and four people are arranged.
There are three studios on the ground floor. One three-bed and one four-bed are at the front, while another three-bed is at the back of the house.
On the first floor there are three studios, also two from the front - one with four beds and one with three beds, which can be rented as one apartment, because they have entrances from a common small corridor. While the studio at the back has three beds and has a large terrace.
On the second floor there is a three-bed studio at the back of the house.
All studios have one double and one single bed, while the four-bed studios have one double and two single beds. The terraces at the front of the house are narrow and look towards the yard and the street. And the terraces at the back of the house are larger and look towards the yard and the mountain. The area of each studio is about 20m2.
All studios have a kitchen, bathroom, terrace, mosquito nets, air conditioning and TV. Also, there is internet access.
Cleaning and replacement of bed linen and towels is done every five days.
In the back part of the yard there is a seating area and a barbecue that guests can use.

When coming from the direction of Limenaria, you will reach the crossroads in Potos and turn left onto the road to Teologos. After 300m on the left side, there is a villa, opposite Sotiria houses, for which there is a sign by the side of the road. Dagali Studios is in the same yard. The building is divided and the Eleutheria Loula studios are in the right part of the house.
If you are looking for decent accommodation isolated from the hustle and bustle of the city, Eleutheria Loula can be a good choice. Private parking is also an advantage, which is a real rarity in Potos.

Villa Amversa is among the most sought-after villas in Potos, mostly because of its location and then because of the professional and friendly owners. Very nice, clean and well maintained accommodation. By booking this accommodation, you will certainly not go wrong.
Amversa facilities are located 100 meters from the central intersection in Potos and only 30 meters from the beach.
There are two buildings with the same name in the same yard. One is closer to the sea, while the other is closer to the street. The objects are divided between the two brothers so that both of them have half of the object.
Amversa Giorgos Corner is a facility that belongs to the owner named Giorgos and his wife Silvana, our compatriot. Both have been working with tourists for a long time and are very friendly. Many people return to this accommodation because of this.
It is about two buildings, and in the Jorgos part, you can find studios on the ground floor and on the first floor, of medium size and with nice terraces, as well as one apartment. All accommodation units contain a fully equipped mini kitchen, bathroom, TV, air conditioning, hair dryer, mosquito nets, safe, wireless internet and a terrace with a view of the sea or the city and landscape.

Studio No. 3 is a four-bed studio that has one double bed, a single bed and a drawer bed with legs and a mattress of standard dimensions, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, TV, air conditioning, wireless Internet and a terrace in the back of the yard. The area of this studio is 32m2.

The upper building (the building closer to the street) has three studios per floor:

Studio No. 8 is a three-bed room and is equipped with a double bed of wrought iron of standard dimensions (160x200cm) and a single bed of wrought iron of standard dimensions (90x200cm), bathroom, air conditioning, kitchen, TV, wireless Internet and a terrace overlooking the surroundings. This studio has an area of about 25m2.
Studio No. 9 is a three-bed studio for a family of three with a small child. It contains a wrought iron French bed of standard dimensions and a child's single wrought iron bed (90x165cm), kitchen, bathroom, TV, air conditioning, wireless internet, occupies the western (side) side of the house and has a long terrace with a view of the city and the sea. The area of the studio is about 20m2.
Pets are allowed, and you can book a baby cot with the accommodation.
Bed linen and towels are changed in both facilities every three days, and on that occasion the rooms are completely cleaned and tidied.
There are parking spaces for 6 cars in the yard, but additional parking is provided near the villa (50 m) for all guests, in the church yard itself.
When coming from the direction of Limenaria, pass the central intersection and continue 100 meters towards the exit from the city. On the right side of the road, just a little after the church (which will be on your left), you will see the accommodation of Amvers.

Villa Wilma is located in Potos, not far from the beach. There are two apartments in the offer that are nicely decorated, the cleanliness is at a high level and the price-quality ratio is excellent.
It is about 600m from the city beach and a little less than the first supermarket, the first taverns and restaurants.
The villa has a total of 2 apartments. Both apartments are decorated with details, books, so you will feel warm and cozy, like at home. It is a two-story family house. The owners live on the first floor, while the second is intended for internet reservations.
Both apartments have air conditioning and fan, TV, hair dryer, mosquito nets, wireless internet signal, bathroom and balcony at the front of the villa facing the street. Terraces of apartments are rebuilt if they are rented by families who do not know each other.
One apartment is a duplex and consists of 2 bedrooms and a kitchen. Both bedrooms have 2 single beds, TV and air conditioning, while one bedroom has an exit to the terrace. If necessary, another bed can be added to the kitchen. This apartment is ideal for 2 couples or a larger family (two adults and three children) as the bedrooms are separated by a door. The area of the apartment is 30m2. The kitchen is fully equipped. The owner has done her best to make sure you don't miss anything. From a large refrigerator with a freezer, a tea kettle, a coffee whisk, a coffee machine and utensils for cooking and preparing meals. There is a bathtub in the bathroom. From the terrace there is a view of the sea in the distance and there are two tables with chairs and umbrellas.
The second apartment has four beds, is smaller (25m2) and consists of one bedroom with two single beds and a living room with a kitchen and two more single beds. The room with the kitchen leads out to the terrace. The rooms are separated by a door. The kitchen equipment is also very good.
Towels and bed linen are provided and changed every 5 days, when general cleaning is also done. If you wish, you can maintain more regular hygiene yourself, because both accommodation units have the necessary tools and accessories for that.
The yard is of medium size and is located at the back of the villa, so it is protected from possible noise from the street. It is very nicely decorated with small details, flowers and trees and it is great that there is also a barbecue that guests can use.
In front of the villa there is a parking space for 2 cars, exactly as many as there are accommodation units in the villa.
The owners speak English, Greek and German, so communication can be facilitated if you speak one of these languages.
You will find the villa very easily. When you come to Potos from the direction of Limenaria, turn left at the central intersection and drive straight for about 500m, on the road that leads to the traditional village of Teologos. On your left, after Villa Muses, you will recognize Wilma, a small two-story villa completely tucked away in the greenery.

We offer three accommodation units and all are located on the ground floor. Each suite is about 20 square meters.
Two accommodation units were newly built for the 2018 season and one for the 2019 season. These are three 3 bed suite studios. In the same room there is an equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator, a table and chairs. The bathroom has a shower cabin. This suite is located at the back of the house.
All three accommodation units are air-conditioned, have TV, WiFi, bathroom and kitchen. There are mosquito nets on the windows and doors. They are designed for four people and there is no possibility of adding an extra bed. They go out to the courtyard where there is a table and chairs for sitting.
Cleaning and changing of towels and bed linen is for 3 days (or more often, at the request of the guests).

Coming from the direction of Limenaria, immediately after the Alexandra Beach Hotel, turn diagonally to the right on the road that separates from the main road. The facility is located on the right, right next to the Potos Hotel. The location is convenient, because it is in the very center and everything is close.
