Owner's description Kladi House is located about 6km from Nikiti and 3km from Metamorfosi in a quiet environment between olive groves and forest. A slightly worse road leads to the building, about 1 km, where you can see olive trees, wild and fragrant flowers, and sometimes sheep. :) The nearest beach is about five minutes away by car. The house is air conditioned, has a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, double bed, sofa bed for two, TV, internet and hair dryer. There is also the door to the small veranda and the garden. The Hall next to the living room features satellite television, DVD player, CD player and radio and finally books in English as also a Playstation 2 if requested. The downstairs bathroom is also connected to the living room and it features a shower and a toilet as also the washing machine. Next to the bathroom is the utility room. The stairs lead to the first floor, where the three bedrooms are, all air conditioned, the main bathroom and the W.C. The double bedroom has big mirror with the appropiate furnishing and faces the mountains with the balcony's door - from the window one can see the pool as one can from the veranda of the twin bedroom, the one in common with the double bedroom. The third bedroom, has a window facing the garden and the Christina Villas private road and is the most spacious.
