We offer 39 triple rooms, which have a double bed and one bed for one person. Economy rooms are located on the ground floor, while standard triple rooms are located on the first, second and third floors. The hotel also has four family suites for up to four people, equipped with a French bed and two single beds, located on the second and third floors. There are also four standard family rooms, also with a capacity of up to four people, with the same arrangement of beds, which are located on the second and third floors. On request and without additional charge, it is possible to provide a baby cot. All accommodation units are air-conditioned and equipped with WiFi internet, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a mini-bar, while a hairdryer is available on request. Most rooms have a private balcony equipped with seating, with a direct or side view of the sea. The hotel has a reception and a main restaurant, where breakfast and dinner are served buffet style. Breakfast is organized from 08:00 to 10:00, and dinner from 18:30 to 21:00. The hotel has a small yard with an outdoor pool for adults and a smaller pool for children. Studios B1 and B4 are located on the first floor and also have one double bed and one single bed with a width of 1.10 m. These studios are accessed by separate stairs, which further adds to the privacy. Studio B1 is oriented towards the courtyard with a barbecue and faces the east side, while studio B4 faces the west side, towards the entrance to the courtyard. Studios B2 and B3, also located on the first floor, have one double and two single beds, with the possibility of adding another ranch bed. Studio C1 is located on the second floor and has three single beds. It is intended for the stay of up to three adults. There are also two apartments on the second floor. Apartment C3 can host up to five adults and has two rooms - one has two single beds, while the other has one double bed and one single bed. Apartment C2, also with a capacity of up to five adults, has two single beds in the first room, while the second room has a double bed and a sofa bed. This apartment is located between studio C1 and apartment C3 and has the largest terrace. Getting to the accommodation is easy - driving along the main Poligirou-Agiou Nikolaou road, after approximately 600 meters from the direction of Metamorfosi towards Nikiti, there is a sign for Anagnostou Studios and the facility itself on the right. The complex has functional, solidly equipped and comfortable accommodation units, while the owners are known for their kindness and willingness to meet guests during their stay. The beach is only about 30 meters away from the building. It is a sandy beach with slightly larger pebbles at the entrance to the water and is not organized, so guests use their own equipment. The town center, with a complete tourist offer, is located approximately 200 meters away. A supermarket, taverns, pizzeria and bakery are available in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation. Petridis House consists of two buildings with a total of 25 accommodation units. We offer four double rooms, four three-bed studios and 17 four-bed apartments. In some four-bed apartments, which are located on the floor of building B, it is possible to add another standard bed, so their maximum capacity is five people. In building A, where the reception is located, there are ten four-bed apartments, while in building B there are two-bed rooms, three-bed studios and seven four-bed apartments. The apartment has a separate entrance, which provides additional privacy, and is located on the second floor of the house, in the attic, from where the balcony offers a beautiful view of the sea. The accommodation is not new and is furnished modestly, but it is neat, functional and intended for guests who are looking for a practical stay near the beach. The house is located about 250 meters from the beach in Metamorfosi, which is partly sandy and partly pebbled. All the basic facilities of the resort are located approximately 100 meters from the accommodation, including grocery stores, cafes, gyros, pizzeria, traditional taverns and a small number of souvenir shops. The town of Nikiti is about 7-8 kilometers away and offers larger and better-stocked shops for larger purchases. The apartment can host up to five people. It consists of a dining room with a kitchen, two separate bedrooms, a bathroom and a private balcony with an awning, seating and a clothes dryer. The dining room and kitchen are equipped with a dining table, a stove, a large refrigerator with a freezer, as well as basic dishes and utensils for preparing and eating food. In this area there is also a TV and air conditioning. One bedroom has two joined single beds, a wardrobe and exit to the balcony, while the second bedroom has two joined single beds, one additional single bed, a folding armchair and a wardrobe. The bathroom is very small and does not have a shower cabin or a shower tub, but is equipped only with tiles. Hair dryers and free Wi-Fi are available to guests. Bed linen and towels are changed once a week, while guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness during their stay. The accommodation does not have a yard or private parking, but parking is possible on the street in the immediate vicinity of the property. You can reach Ioanna House by turning off the main road towards Metamorfosi, continuing straight, then after the pharmacy on the right side, turn right, then after the Vozina hotel, enter the first street on the right, where the accommodation is located. Ioanna House is a suitable choice for guests who do not mind roof slopes and who do not have high expectations in terms of furniture and equipment, but want privacy, sea view and proximity to the beach. The staircase leading to the apartment is narrower and steeper in some parts, so this accommodation may not be the most suitable for families with small children. Note: For the summer of 2020, due to the COVID-19 epidemic and in accordance with the then valid health protocols in Greece, check-in was possible from 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., while check-out was scheduled from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Upon arrival, guests were provided with clean bed linen, but it was not changed during their stay, because according to the protocol, it was forbidden to enter the accommodation units. For this reason, guests are advised to bring their own spare bedding. Towels were not provided and guests were obliged to bring them with them.
