The beach is about 500 meters away, while in the immediate vicinity there are shops, pastry shops, taverns, cafes and fast food restaurants. On the ground floor of the building is the restaurant Chez Chris, where guests can order grilled dishes, pasta and pizza. The nearest bakery is about 100 meters away, and the supermarket is about 200 meters away. Chris Apartments has a total of ten accommodation units - four two-bed, four three-bed and two duplex apartments. All rental units are located on the third floor of the building. Najbliži supermarket, poslastičarnica i pekara su na oko 200-250m. U ponudi je 10 vrlo slično opremljenih smeštajnih jedinica koji mogu da ugoste tri-četiri osobe. Apartmani i studiji nisu veliki, ali su vrlo funkcionalni. Postoje tri jedinice u prizemlju, tri na prvom i četiri na drugom spratu.
