Ladies and Gentlemen,
we would like to welcome you with our Summer Special for the new season.
We are a family-owned company which since 1985 with passion and love the tourism and gastronomy in Germany as well as in Montenegro - the new Monaco of the Adriatic Sea.
Location
Our apartments are located in one of the most popular and crowded streets in Budva, less than 400 meters from the beach and 15 minutes walk from the famous Old Town of Budva.
In our apartment house are located the café and the pizzeria Fenix, in which our guests also like to went for a delicious breakfast. In the immediate neighborhood - 10 meters distance - are local restaurants, bakeries, fruit traders, kiosk, as well as hairdressing and cosmetic care. Our apartments have a very good 3-star standard as our separate tourists rooms (please see the attached photos).
Description of our apartments and rooms
Our apartment house is modern on 3 floors removed with 2 separate entrances, a private car parking and the newly created terraced garden. The Mediterranean-style terrace garden is the possibility to use for recovery and planning the next sunny-day. Of course, as locals we best known the unforgettable corners of the wild beauty Montenegro.
The first entrance is our modern and cozy apartments, which have a capacitance between 3 and 4 guests. All the apartments have up to 2 large sunny balconies overlooking Budva, the mountains or the terraced garden. You have well-equipped kitchens, bathrooms with shower, hair dryer, free Internet-Wi-Fi, well-maintained air-conditioning systems and state-of-the-art Samsung LED TVs with over 200 satellite channels (of course multi-language).
Our house offers its guests in addition and frees service of a central safety deposit boxes, iron and a table, as well as a laundry service. Our helpful ready and friendly staff is a guarantee for the high standard of cleanliness of our house every day.
In the Sign of the nature conservation is our house "green" powered by the latest solar technology and its own spring.
