The sea is only 100m away, and there are numerous markets, bars and much more nearby. The old town is 1.2km away, the shopping center Kamelija is 1km, that is, about 15 minutes of easy walking. The apartment has one single and one double room. The apartment is fully equipped. , TV, internet, air conditioning, stove, dishwasher, washing machine. The maximum capacity is 6 people. For more than 5 nights, the price can be adjusted.

My family home residence has a vacancy waiting for guests who desire a peaceful and relaxing stay. The upper part of the home is a full apartment with its separate entrance and spacious private parking space for more than one vehicle. This spacious apartment has a beautiful fireplace, a large bedroom, and a second room that can also be used as an office or a spare bedroom. The view is spectacular, with two terraces guests can use. A big but cozy living room space that you can use to relax during the day. The other two rooms are connected to the big space but also separated, so you have enough privacy. The main bedroom is cozy and sweet with a breathtaking view, and the middle room can be used as an office and the second bedroom. Both rooms share a terrace with a great view, and the main living room also has a view of the mountain. The second large terrace is available for guests to use as they please, relax, and enjoy the constantly changing views. The parking area is in front of the house, and you can see your vehicle at a glance from the terrace. The property has a great location. To the Old Town of Kotor, you need only 6km, but also a 30-minute ride to the nearest Tivat airport. If you wish to get to the shoreline and enjoy a summer day at the beach, you will only need a 3-minute walk. To the famous old town of Perast, you need 15 minutes by car. The property has its own surveillance system that owners check and use so that it brings a piece of mind to everyone who comes for a holiday. On the other hand, keep in mind that this neighborhood is quiet and guests don't have to worry about any burglars or crime whatsoever. It is safe and cozy.
