Prcanj is a small coastal town in the Bay of Kotor known as an air spa - a spa for asthma and bronchitis. Our house is located on the coast with a large yard and a beautiful view of the bay. The apartments are located on the ground floor and each apartment has its own terrace with deck chairs and other furniture. The apartments are fully equipped and covered with cable. TV and warless internet.

Prcanj is a climatic health resort suitable for lung and allergological diseases, both for adults and children. The house is located next to the Church of the Virgin Mary, 150 m away, in a quiet place surrounded by greenery and no traffic noise. The apartments are located in the attic of the house, suitable for families of four.

We offer studio apartments 2/2 + 1, as well as rooms 1/4, 1/3, 1/2 and 1/1. The apartments are newly built. The quadruple room (1/4) has a separate bathroom, and the other rooms have a shared bathroom, as well as a shared kitchen. Guests arriving at Tivat Airport, as well as by bus, are provided with a transfer to the facility. Briefly about the place you come to: Donji Stoliv is a small coastal town, located in the Bay of Kotor, with a great tourist tradition of air spa where a rose of mountain and sea winds is created, which is especially suitable for lung patients. Rich vegetation (548 plant species) and close proximity to the sea, makes this place an ideal holiday destination. Donji Stoliv is located about 8 km from Kotor (a city under UNESCO) and the same distance from Tivat (airport), and across from Perast (medieval city). The small fishing village, founded in the 14th century, has almost the same appearance and now after several centuries. Donji Stoliv is located on the coast, while Gornji Stoliv is reached by a stone path through the forest and olive groves as before - only on foot. From Gornji Stoliv you can see almost the whole Boka.
