Villa SAN MARCO *** is located in Becici, above the hotel "The Queen of Montenegro", 10 minutes walk from the sea, about 400m from the beach. It is located in a quiet part of this beautiful coastal town and is ideal for holidays of all generations. The villa consists of 36 studios, double and twin with extra bed. The villa has its own free parking. The villa does not have an elevator. Studio 1/2 has a double bed, studio 1/2 + 1 with a double and one extra bed (armchair that opens), bathroom, kitchen and terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and utensils. Each studio has CATV, free wi-fi internet and air conditioning. There is a possibility to rent a studio on the ground floor of the villa which has a baby cot (no extra charge). Towels and linen are changed every 5 days if staying longer than 10 days. Bicycles can be rented at the reception of the villa, and we also offer the possibility of organizing optional excursions (Ostrog, Tara Canyon, Skadar Lake, Lovcen National Park, Bay of Kotor) and transfer service - information and payment on the spot. PRICE LIST FOR 2019 - PRICES ARE GIVEN DAILY PER STUDIO IN EUR Price includes: - Accommodation in a double studio on a rental basis Price does not include: - transport - sojourn tax paid on the spot according to the decision of the Government of Montenegro NOTE: - In the studio 1/2 + 1 I can stay max. 3 adults or 2 adults and two children up to 10 years. - The length and period of renting the study are not determined in advance. DISCOUNTS: - child up to 3 years in studio 1/2 in a shared bed - FREE - if only one person stays in studio 1/2, he gets a 30% discount per studio outside the period 01.07-31.08. (discount valid in other terms) - special family discount: for renting two studios to families (four-member and multi-member) we grant a 10% discount on the total price SUPPLEMENTS: - if a child aged 3-10 stays in the studio 1/2 in a shared bed with two adults, the supplement is 5Eur per day / studio - for stays shorter than 3 nights the price increases by 20% TERMS OF PAYMENT: Payment is made in dinars at the selling rate of Banca Intesa on the day of payment. METHOD OF PAYMENT: - When booking, 30% of the value of the arrangement is paid, the rest 15 days before the trip or by citizens' checks until 31.12.2019. - By administrative ban of 30% when booking, for the remaining amount (as of December 31, 2019) the service user is obliged to submit to the Organizer within two working days after the advance payment the Decision on administrative ban (form issued by the Organizer), certified and signed by by the Employer. - Payment cards (Visa, Dina, Master, Maestro, American) - Banca Intesa cardholders can pay for arrangements in installments (up to 6 installments) without interest.

Apartments Biser in Becici are only 150 meters away from the beach. We are located in the most beautiful part of Bečići, near the Hotel Bellavista and Hotel Falkensteiner (former Queen of Montenegro). The beach can be reached in 1 minute walk over the pedestrian bridge over the highway and down the stairs directly to the beach. The apartments are an ideal place for young couples or families with small children. The size of the Biser apartment is from 32 to 38 m2. Each apartment has a bedroom, living room, kitchen with refrigerator, electric stove and complete utensils for cooking. dining table, and of course each apartment has its own bathroom. Each apartment is equipped with air conditioning. Also, there is cable TV with domestic and foreign programs. Apartments Biser do not have common entrances, bathrooms or kitchens, or any common rooms that would be shared with other guests. We are located at the entrance to Budva from the direction of Bečići, in a quiet street not far from the Slovenian beach. The house consists of: 3 studio apartments with a terrace on the ground floor, 3 studio apartments with a terrace, 1 floor, 1 studio apartment without terrace, 1 floor, 1 room with terrace attic, 1 room without terrace, attic. In the attic there are slopes on the ceiling. All rooms/studio apartments have TV with cable channels, free wireless internet. Each apartment has a fully equipped private bathroom with shower and hair dryer, air conditioning and everything else. Guests of Apartments Mara can use the grill and a large table on the shared terrace.
